So, I rang Croydon Blooms up straight away and told them of my self-inflicted predicament - the lady on the phone was so helpful and said she'd not accept that order so that I wouldn't get charged twice, whilst I cancelled with direct2florist. And she also told me to ring her back if I have any other problems. Once I placed the final order, another lady rang me up to ask me if I'd be ok with a replacement flower as the buds pictured on their website were out of season. I know nothing about flowers, so I let the florists do what they do best, and I was not disappointed. It arrived no later than 3 hours after I placed the order, super quick! The hatbox itself was so beautifully arranged. And the macarons were delicious (I will need to find out where those are from!). Overall, I had a brilliant experience with Croydon Blooms.
