“We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“Went to Dreams to buy a new mattress after visiting other retailers who did not give me much help when it came to choosing one.I bought my bed from Dreams so don't know why I didn't go there straight away (the bed is great, an ottoman with lots of storage).At the shop I was greeted by Fran he was very helpful and conducted a sleep study using a bed in-store designed to check body weight and sleeping position to decide on firmness of mattress that would be most comfortable, after this I was able to try different beds recommended. The manager in-store at Watford a gentleman call Mustafa was helpful and offered lots of advice regarding the purchase of a mattress and different mattresses available and what to expect from them all.I also purchased a mattress protector and couple of memory foam pillows (although after using them for just over a week find them too hard for me and unfortunately I don't have packaging so can't return them).Delivery was quick and the guys that bought the new mattress were extremely polite and very helpful.I am still breaking in this mattress and have only slept on it for a couple of nights but if it's uncomfortable there is a guarantee of 40 days so it may be returned and another mattress purchased but I am hoping this will not be necessary. Excellent service from Mustafa and Fran at Dreams Watford Branch. Well the 40 day sleepwear policy is a complete ripoff I had to change the bed and the company offers NO REFUND so you have to get a new bed choose one a cheaper price and lose money lots of clauses really BAD .Don't understand why policies are different online and in-store it's the same company. Great staff in-store but extremely poor customer service dept DREAMS EXPLAIN YOUR GUARANTEE FOR SWAPPING IN 40 DAYS TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN DEPTH BEFORE THEY COMMIT TO PURCHASE.”

“Me and my family stayed in Flat 34 for the weekend, location is excellent and a great base to visit London. The high street is a 5 minute walk away, you can easily get all your supplies here. The rail station is a easy flat 15 minute stroll away, we went to support our team at Wembley and the whole weekend was brilliant. Thank you Tope and your team for a trouble free weekend.The secure parking also gave us piece of mind. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, a home from home. Even the fridge had milk, apple juice, orange juice and bottles of water. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.”

“I called Zahid, he was just so helpful from beginning to end. He came out the same day, repaired my elderly mothers boiler so that she didnt get cold. He showed such compassion and care. He explained everything clearly....Zahid was very knowledgeable. I have cover with British Gas, but im going to cancel now i have found Zahid. British Gas never come to do a repair the same day. “Amazing company! The process working with them start to finish has been brilliant. They made an effort to accommodate my preferred delivery date when they did not have to. The delivery men were perfect. I have a very awkward stairwell and they took the time to measure the space and assess the best way to get my item in before attempting. Then, they unpacked the item and moved it to my desired room AND took the packaging back with them. Some of the most well known courier services do not come close to this standard. Couldn’t recommend more!”
