We worried about them because of the heat wave but the daily updates kept us reassured that they were in great hands. We also really loved that they did daily weight checks for the dogs to make sure they weren’t losing weight due to stress. They really do take the well-being of your dogs seriously. “The gym at Sandown was fully refurbished in January 2018, and is fully kitted out with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Using their Wellness system, you are able to monitor your progress in and out of the gym, as well as help tailor your fitness programme to suit you. They have a whole range of equipment, including Kinesis Cable machines, a Skill Mill, a Ski Erg and an Assault Bike. Selected machines have screens where you can choose a variety of apps to use whilst you exercise. They also have a full suite of resistance training equipment and a well-styled free weights room with Olympic weights.They house Esher’s first and only dedicated Functional Fitness Studio. Their team of personal trainers will use their extensive knowledge to create a fitness experience that can offer sound advice along with functional equipment, helping clients of all ages to improve their fitness and general well-being, and even putting the fun back into fitness!”
