Ukenglishvi
● Open“All was fine on the day: staff of the local Trinity College London test centre in Cardiff, who did the testing on behalf of Ukenglishvi, were polite and professional. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the test itself was done via video link with the examiner in a remote location. The test was fair and carried out in a relaxed atmosphere.”

Tide End Clinic
● Open“My daughters and I have been treated over many years by both Steve and Emma for a range of problems associated with our hypermobility. They have helped us all to manage the condition and stay healthy and active. They have always been attuned to our different and changing needs, listening and communicating carefully. In addition to effective treatment sessions in the clinic, we have benefited from tailored Pilates sessions from Emma, and been guided and supported to maintain our health with exercises at home. I'm not sure how we would have managed without them!”

Studio K
● Open“Cannot rate Studio K highly enough. The teachers Chloe and Sarah are so friendly and always bring good vibes. The classes are super fun, a great work out, simple booking via Mindbody and it's very reasonable at around £10 a class. Love it so much and can’t believe I hadn’t been before I did. Really friendly atmosphere no matter what level you’re at and all body types welcome!. They even introduce new people to the class by name and make the effort to remember people’s names. Can recommend hip hop, clubbercise and Zumba. Thank you ladies!!”

The Ealing Pole Studio
● Closed“I took beginners course and then followed up with a month of advanced classes back in the summer. Alex is a great teacher with a sense of humour, very charismatic, fun and clear with her instructions. She does give challenging moves even to the beginners and pushes you to your limits, especially if you go into it not very fit/strong/bendy, which is great if you want to challenge yourself or get into shape. It's a shame I had to stop taking her lessons, I would have carried on if I didn't move to the other side of London.”

Off The Rails
● Open14-16, 8 Grant Road, London SW11 2NU, United Kingdom“It is my favourite Dance Studio to go to. Missie and Gee who look after the studio are some of the most wonderful and friendliest ladies I have ever met. The community they have created is so welcoming and inclusive. I love how the classes are easy to follow wether you are new to dancing, dancing as a hobbie or professional. They always make sure that everyone is taken into account and often will listen to some of the songs you want to do and try to accommodate. I personally love the commercial, contemporary with Gee and musical theatre classes. I've done a little hip hop which I am not the best at but Missie is always so patient and encouraging. I also love their workshop, they are so much fun and very varied. They have just launched their new classes and I can't wait to try them. The new studio is BEAUTIFUL! So exciting!”

At Your Beat Studio
● Open112 Great Russell Street, London WC1B 3NQ, United Kingdom“AYB is like a little family that is constructive, helpful and so brilliantly encouraging. I've been dancing for a long time but I stopped with I reached adulthood (mostly due to finding adult classes a bit sterile or not very amicable). AYB is a WHOLE different story. My first in person class, I felt like a part of the team. It's super inclusive, super friendly and super motivating. Highly recommend joining the squad!”

Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club
● Open“A wonderful outdoor Olympic (50m) size lido in south-east London. Extremely clean and heated year round making winter swimming possible, even without a wetsuit. Inside and outdoor changing facilities. Friendly staff and a nice mix of local leisure bathers and a friendly swimming community make for a very nice relaxed atmosphere. Some swimming and triathlon clubs train here too. There's a full Better gym on-site (which can be used for an extra fee) and something quite unique, an outdoor spin studio overlooking the pools. Some of the spin instructors are very entertaining as they motivate their classes :). You will definitely leave feeling refreshed and happier than when you arrived.”
