“Over the years we have tried most things on their excellent menu and have loved everything! The bagettes,wraps and sandwiches are filled to the full with fresh tasty ingredients. The cafe has a friendly happy upbeat vibe with a varied menu for eating in or take away. The homemade cakes are really lovely and the large slice of cake is very fresh, moist and really good value. I've used the buffet service for parties, get together, funerals etc. The buffet is packed in covered dishes and everything is fresh and as tasty as the cafe menu and excellent value for money. “Foodies is a great place to eat, it is consistent and good quality food. I go for the double beef burger and signature fries and it always tastes the same. The meat is very high quality. Their menu is good but if you stray too much from the popular items most of the stuff is out of stock. All in all their breakfast options are good.”

“Dropped in here on a work trip. Had couple of poppadoms which were accompanied by 4 dips including line pickle, yogurt based, mango chutney and chopped onion etc. Without doubt each of the dips was the best of its kind I have ever had, with the lime pickle of particular note. For main course I wanted a dish I had never seen before which was a beef and potato stew (name escapes me) but the waiter explained that this was very special and off menu on the day. Instead he recommended gosht e khas, made from fillet of lamb and 22 different spices which was delicately delicious. The accompanying mushroom rice was also delicious and I gave up inspecting it to see what the constituent ingredients were as they were too numerous. All of the things I ate appeared very carefully assembled with lots of attention to detail in terms of ingredients and preparation of the same. All the food was delicious and the service was just right. The main course was ready quickly but the waiter asked if I would like it held back whilst I finished my poppadoms. I do prefer an Indian restaurant with kingfisher on tap, but at least it was in bottles, so given how good the food was I'm being forgiving and sticking to five stars.”

The spaghetti was also cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of sauce and a satisfying al dente texture. The pasta, which was a classic fettuccine, was also cooked perfectly and had a great taste. But the real star of the show was the chicken mushroom pasta with cream sauce. The dish was absolutely spectacular. The cream sauce was rich and velvety, and the mushrooms and chicken were cooked to perfection. It was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. All of my friends were also very satisfied with their meals and had nothing but positive things to say about the food and the service. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious food and a great dining experience. If you're looking for a great pasta dish, I highly recommend the chicken mushroom pasta with cream sauce. It's a must-try!”
