Fine dining experiences in Gravesend

“It's an ok place for a satisfactory Indian restaurant. It's a British slant on Indian food and I don't think it's very authentic but the food is still good with an attentive staff who I found to be very business like in their approach. I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was very busy. It seems to be popular enough. I certainly will return as I liked the place. Gravesend is blessed with many Indian restaurants specialising with food from around that country this restaurant gives a good example of the British Indian food tradition.”

“So we were looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday, with our two kids. My wife is a lover of seafood so found really positive reviews for The Boys Italian Seafood Restaurant. It's hidden away down Queen Street in Gravesend - a quiet area of the town close to parking. OMG - this is heaven if you, like my missus, love all foods that come out of an ocean or river. What can I say. Great food (couldn't fault anything at all), very good service, very friendly family run business, reasonably priced too. They specifically made a fresh pizza for our three year old son (it was delicious by the way). If you, like us, love seafood....or if you want to grab a freshly made true Italian pizza, then I'd recommend The Boys anytime. We're so impressed we will be going back real soon.”

“We been there a few times and we love the food, staff and atmosphere, but this time they changed the menu and I prefer the old one.I hope that the old menu comes back especially creme brûlée. However the food was still great.”

“Recently visited this place and my overall experience were positive. Great atmosphere and helpful staff. I ordered Caprese do Bufala (creamy mozzarella with tomato and pesto), Bronzino al Forno (sea bass) and Chocolate dessert. This had a real nice flavour profile. Dessert was amazing. “It started a little hectic as one of our tables was cancelled as they thought it was a duplicate booking… considering we walked in at a very busy time (14 of us), with a little hiccup, we had a lovely warm welcome… lovely family atmosphere… served warm bread and dips whilst waiting for starters… main course was timed perfectly. “We stayed in room 101 it was really clean (100x cleaner than most fancy London hotels), the staff we encountered were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us & tasted great. It’s clearly an older hotel but has been well modernised in the areas that count. For a pleasant comfortable nights sleep I’d recommend.”

“Our family's favourite Kebab shop!! chilli sauce is just the best ever! .... Such a polite lady who answers the phone & prepares all the telephone orders.... Meals have always been correct, unlike other kebab houses when the staff don't understand your order, so you know your not going to get what you've actually ordered or something will be wrong.... Not here, we would not go anywhere else now! X”
