“We were moving within Teddington and Snellers helped us finalize an awesome place really quickly. Amy and Ayca were wonderful and made sure our offer was well presented, to get us the flat we wanted! The team is super helpful and friendly - we needed an extra viewing that was promptly arranged too. We are excited to move and looking forward to it!!”

VouchedFor

“Since around 2017 Vouchedfor has been a crucial part of my business strategy and income – the return on spend is fantastic for me. You do however need to be a holistic adviser to make this really happen. So, if the client approaches for a certain need, dig deeper for other possible needs, then one by one, address them all. Then before long, for you say £145 lead, you may well have brought in many of thousands of pound. It is the most effective place for clients to do their due diligence, when combined with eg googling you, looking at your website, LinkedIn, plus looking the you up on the FCA website. They are a properly regulated and monitored tool (like check a trade or trip adviser). Regular checks are carried out and reviews are genuine, so would be clients can really rely on and trust the information and reviews. I find the Vouchedfor site particularly good, as I can express and differentiate myself (via my profile) as a down to earth, human adviser and the clients that like that, then gravitate towards me – in some cases, they’ve been looking at my profile for months before approaching me. The top rated adviser and top firm status, including being in the guide distributed in publications such as the Times, are the icing on the cake. The site not only allows the would be client to get a flavour of the adviser (including trawling through reviews for consistency), but it now also shows when the adviser has been a consecutive winner over numerous years. At first (as with many new things), I found I was putting significant effort into Vouchefor, but after getting a significant number of reviews, the pendulum swung, and since then, Vouchedfor has basically been working for me, giving a good volume of solid leads, which has led to / does lead to really good fees and like-minded clients. You do still need to keep on top of leads that come, following up quickly, then eg e mailing them say a pdf of your reviews, then following up in a timely manner with quality information, after your initial consultation meeting. Don’t expect a high volume of leads and be prepared for some to be not quite up your street, including the odd few that might not be relevant. But, at least you’re getting the traffic and come up high in google searches and rankings. I view the site as much as a reputational tool as I do a lead generation tool – if you view it mainly as the latter, you’re missing a trick! I simply could not do without Vouchedfor and for those advisers who seek to criticise it, I’d say first of all ‘look in the mirror and see if you’re actually showcasing yourself in the best way…do you stand out from other advisers and have you really thought about your profile wording and how it tells your story and your personality (or have you just made it boring jargon)? Have you got a decent number of positive reviews? If not, then don’t yet expect the earth…be patient and before long you’ll get the inertia and have great tools to show yourself off in the best light’. Thank you Vouchedfor for your continued help, to me as an adviser, for so many of pour advisers, and also on behalf of our Practice! We’re really proud of our achievements and really want to shout them from the rooftops, and Vouchedfor is the perfect medium for that!”
