Capitax handle my book keeping, VAT return, run payroll, self assessment, produce year end account...basically everything to do with the day-to-day running of my limted company. All my business bank account transactions are synchronised to the FreeAgent software for me to categorised and approved before any VAT Return is submitted and payroll slips, self assessment forms and year end account documents are produced and uploaded by Capitax to an online portal for me to review and digitally sign for, I really like the way this work giving me complete control of my limited company the whole operation/process is very smooth and efficient. I have used Capitax Financial since early 2018 after an IT contractor colleague recommendation, the difference in service quality and level between my prevous accountancy firm, whom I was with for 7 years, and Capitax is massive even though the size of their team are the same. My one regret is that I should have made the switch much earlier because I would have saved money, be in control of running my limited company and received a better quality of service.
