“Outstanding customer care. My wife and I were in the shop earlier this week and bought some items. Unfortunately we left one of our bags from a previous shop in the Superdry store and left it in there and got on a flight. I phoned the shop the following day and Bal (shop manager) informed me that she had the bag and it was safe. She very kindly posted it to us recorded delivery the following day at no cost. Bal, thank you so much, my wife was so upset that she left her bag which had some expensive items in it. Your customer care is at the highest level, which led me write this review. We ordered on the website, 12 pounds deal veggie supreme large - any large was on a 12 pounds deal - paid, booked a slot when to pick up. We got there, there was a screen with our names on, where our pizza was at and how long the wait would have been. At it worked just fine. The pizza was the usual domino's one, nothing to rave or be sad about and 1 large filled both of us.”

Tesco was the only pharmacy that had it, there were complications with the 111 prescription that had been put through. “I visited here yesterday to renew my damage passport. Everyone is very humble here especially the person who was giving token God bless him. He was helping everyone. The employees were so soft spoken & courteous. Best embassy. I agree it's time consuming & delayed appointments as well but once your documentation is perfect hardly 5-6 minutes they took. My experience was awesome. I visited there with my 17 months daughter she also enjoyed. So no complaints.”
