“I have only great things to say about Svetlana and her cat grooming school. The upmost importance is the well being of the cat and I have found them to be the most ethical and most gentle in their teachings. There are some terrible practices going on in the world of grooming cats by groomers who have little understanding of a cats unique way of seeing the world and their own grooming experience. Svetlana knows this and, therefore, teaches the ONLY way a cat should be handled and groomed. She is the best teacher out there and is a huge advocate for change within the industry. I have no hesitation in recommending this school and Svetlana.”

“My wife Karen and I have been recommended to take our Golden Retriever to see Philippa by our orthopaedic vet to have physiotherapy with her because of a very unusual and rare condition he has which Philippa is very knowledgeable of and will be able to help us. We have spoken to her twice. We were anxious and upset but she completely put our minds at rest by explaining to us calmly and what to do up to my appointment and not to worry and she has been so kind and helpful and superbly knowledgeable about his condition. “Sadly on my last visit I had to have my cat put to sleep. He had cancer. And was getting a lot of pain. He was so brave and hid his illness so well as cats do. The vet was so kind to us explaining it all. She let us say goodbye on our own she let us stay with him till the end. Worst day of our lives. Never feel rushed and, given the costs of obtaining the ongoing medication our dog needs, they offered to give us a private prescription so that we can buy the meds on the internet for half the cost. Definitely recommend this practice, one of the best I've ever belonged to.”

“Ronnie looked after my jack Russell and Lakeland terrier cross two brothers called Ronnie&Reggie while I was playing in a golf tournament they can be abit of a handful to say the least first time they had been to her what a lovely lady puts you at ease straight away that she will take care of the two Herbert’s to be honest I felt more worried for her lol but she had them under control in no time sent me photos and updates of them all out enjoying the walk together in fact I think didn’t really want to come home they enjoyed themselves that much fed them dinner when home both flat out on the sofa very content terriers I cannot recommend Ronnie enough even gave both of them a kiss goodbye patience of a saint!!! if you need someone to look after your dogs and in safe hands look no further will definitely use again if my numbers not barred lol thanks again Ronnie rgds Jimmy”

“This is my local dog grooming parlour. My recent visit was to try and get my terrier's teeth ultrasonically cleaned because I find it really tricky to brush her teeth at home. They're always friendly and smiley here and they have a small seating area where you can wait and have a coffee/drink while your pet is being pampered. On this occasion, the groomer who is the expert at ultrasonic cleaning explained that she managed to clean half of my dog's teeth. She decided to finish the session early as she could tell that my dog was becoming agitated and didn't want to frighten her or put her off future grooms/treatments. I appreciated her thoughtfulness.”
