“I’ve been there with my two cats for neutering. Both times I was very welcome and the staff was always very kind and supportive. They give all the information before and after surgery. Doctor Patrick is amazing and kind explained everything in person. Different of some clinics that I left a high amount of money before and all the information came from reception and flyers to read .”

“This is my local dog grooming parlour. My recent visit was to try and get my terrier's teeth ultrasonically cleaned because I find it really tricky to brush her teeth at home. They're always friendly and smiley here and they have a small seating area where you can wait and have a coffee/drink while your pet is being pampered. On this occasion, the groomer who is the expert at ultrasonic cleaning explained that she managed to clean half of my dog's teeth. She decided to finish the session early as she could tell that my dog was becoming agitated and didn't want to frighten her or put her off future grooms/treatments. I appreciated her thoughtfulness.”
