“Top quality tasty food delivered piping hot and on time. I've been inside the kitchen and I understand why it has a 5 star hygiene rating. Its clean and organised, all the hygiene standards are met and staff have hygiene certificates to prove it too. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Had my breakfast here today before departure, I have done security check at the airport 4 hours before my flight and the restaurant staffs told me they are not opening yet and they will open from 7am. So I waited nearby on a bench about 30mins, a blonde lady who seems to be manager there, she's very friendly and kind walking toward me and said they can serve me even it's just 6am. I was so happy as I haven't eaten anything, didn't get to sleep as my flight at 9am and after a night bus and waited till morning, so this small gesture is really appreciated from me. I would give the service best, foods are averagely good as typical Japanese restaurants in the UK.”

“They recently opened their Hermonas Taco House branch in Market place in Hounslow. Their chicken wraps and burritos with cheesy Nachos are very good didn't try the beef one's though. And their Jerrito drinks are also very good in taste especially the Mandarin flavour. Quesadillas looks good but i didn't try my friend who tried them with me said they are good and its worth for the price they are offering. If i remember the name correct the girl who gave service to us is Sai Prasanna and she made our chicken wraps so good i tried Mexican and Venezuelan food earlier also but here it tastes good for me and the person also answered all our questions about gluten free products. Will give a five star rating for the person that and 5 star for the food and hospitality. Great going here in Hounslow with Mexican and Venezuelan food foods. Try here if you really want to enjoy some of their traditional foods like Wraps Burritos Cheesy Nachos Tacos and Quesadillas. Will be back with an another review of another stall. “Food, service, environment... All here is fabulous!!! And the price is not bad. I had a Black Bean Taco Soup and a Falafel salad, both are Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan (V) so perfect. Just say the soup was saying that has soya as allergen and just this! There are not many things in this airport GF and Vegan. This country need improve this in general isn't it??? If you agree with me, give me a thumbs up!!! Cheers!!!”

“Very tasty 5 star rating. Out shopping and we thought why not so we we went in and were greeted by a very polite staff member who helped us with ordering for my Son who has allergies. Once that was out the way we ordered our box meals and took our seats. Very clean establishment and at that time it was quiet so plenty of comfortable seating to choose from. The food was brought over by another pleasant staff member and the eating began. Before you knew it the food was all gone and bellies were full. 5 star rating for German Doner Kebab.”

While simultaneously giving out orders and getting abuse from the youths that were moaning. She also changed my meal deal so that i can try a few more things while maintaining the price. “I was introduced to Pavilion by one of my friends. There was serious hype, so I had high, high expectations. I went for the lamb chops and spicy wings (they were the recommended choices). The spicy wings were incredible - super soft and succulent, packed with flavour and a hint of lemon. The garlic mayo sauce complimented them superbly. I could easily devour 21 in one sitting. As for the lamb chops - they were sumptuous. The seasoning was great and it was cooked very well - the meat was juicy and it was easy to chew. It came with a salad and some fries, which was very tasty. I’ve been to this spot over 5 times now, so it’s fair to say there’s good consistency here. I’ve eaten in at every occasion, so that’s my recommendation for freshly cooked food. The staff are super nice and thoughtful. The seating is quite compact and dark, which does dim the experience. The tables could also be a little cleaner. The prices and portions are decent, considering the area. If you’re around west London, especially Heathrow or Cranford or Hounslow ends, you absolutely have to go here for grilled chops and wings. I’ll certainly be returning. 9/10.”

“I have driven past many times and saw the sign for the super large pizza. As tonight I fancied a pizza, I thought I'd give this place a try. I was not disappointed, when I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was allowed to pick four toppings, which was more than enough for me. Having tasted the pizza, I'm glad I decided to try it. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Depends how you look at it, unfortunately I was unable to finish the pizza, but fortunately, I can look forward to some pizza tomorrow. This will be one of my go to pizza places in the future.”

“The queues for most food outlets was quite long but true the sprite of Itsu, the food came really quickly without any compromise on content or flavour As a vegan there is enough choice because there a meat, veggie and vegan version of each dish. Although space was limited, I managed to find a perch and tucked into my food. I chose the ‘Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl’ which is a vegan option. The noodle bowl was crammed full of big fat juicy noodles, veggies and seeds with plenty of large dumplings. Wether you preference is to eat with chopsticks, fork, spoon or Itay’s Spork, it’s always best to slurp the delicious, rich broth straight from the bowl when the food has been eaten. It left a lovely lingering flavour in my mouth which I can still taste and hour later as sit on the aircraft typing this up. I also had the ‘Jasmine Tea’ which liked but for those that don’t like a strong floral flavour, avoid it as it’s strong. For those that do, it’s worth it.”
