I can also recommend putting the hot honey on everything it’s delicious. So lucky to have this in the neighbourhood, will definitely be back.”

“Car parking is alright, although it was hard to find a spot this morning. I'd recomend going here still as they do tend to have a spot free every hour of the day. Like all aldi's they have all their own brand copies as well as official branded versions. Some of their copies are pretty good and worth a try This one has a self checkout now which it historically didn't so that speeds up shopping for me as most of the folk don't tend to use it. I have sene abandoned baskets in the self scan I'm guessing people have forgotten their wallets or haven't figured out how to scan? Either way i saw 3 of the 8 self scans blocked up in this way which is really selfish and annoying and I'd recommend that people avoid using the self scans if they don't know how to use them. Overall a good medium sized shopping store for essentials and more.”

“Dropped in here on a work trip. Had couple of poppadoms which were accompanied by 4 dips including line pickle, yogurt based, mango chutney and chopped onion etc. Without doubt each of the dips was the best of its kind I have ever had, with the lime pickle of particular note. For main course I wanted a dish I had never seen before which was a beef and potato stew (name escapes me) but the waiter explained that this was very special and off menu on the day. Instead he recommended gosht e khas, made from fillet of lamb and 22 different spices which was delicately delicious. The accompanying mushroom rice was also delicious and I gave up inspecting it to see what the constituent ingredients were as they were too numerous. All of the things I ate appeared very carefully assembled with lots of attention to detail in terms of ingredients and preparation of the same. All the food was delicious and the service was just right. The main course was ready quickly but the waiter asked if I would like it held back whilst I finished my poppadoms. I do prefer an Indian restaurant with kingfisher on tap, but at least it was in bottles, so given how good the food was I'm being forgiving and sticking to five stars.”

On placing the order, it said delivery would be 1 hour however, the wait was definitely worth it! The lahmachuns were tasty and great value for money considering the generous portion size. “Took a chance on this place after finding them on Deliveroo, because we fancied a real pizza, not the kind of rubbish you get from Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. It was amazing! Very authentic in both looks and taste. My only complaint is that the topping selections are a bit limited - it’d be great to see some more options, like a njuda or speck. But I’ll be back regardless!”
