“During this challenging time with COVI-19 it was great to be able to come in and shop 'normally' and be so welcomed by the staff. Such a great idea to ration everything to two items as well. Plenty for everyone. (Just need someone to disinfect the card machine!)”

“Very nice store with friendly helpful staff, never ever seen even slightest sign of unwillingness or unhappiness to assist/help in any way, on the contrary - always friendly attitude with a smile on a face. All staff is good, but I was especially satisfied to get assisted by Chris, the young gentleman who is mature and professional a way ahead of his age.”

“Don't get me started, I nearly got a parking ticket because I wanted to buy the whole shop, check out the pastry section, you will not be disappointed just remember best pastry are in the morning, they even have a section for hot lunch to take away”

“Best thin crust pizzas in town. Fresh and flavorful. Very light in the tummy. Wonderful service. But it might get busy on weekends, so you might have to wait for nearly 10-15 minutes to place an order. But the waiters there do a great job and are friendly.”

“I really love the Anchor. Such a fine example of a friendly, relaxed public house, and that view, it really is something to marvel. I often end up here just before the rush hour starts if the weather is nice . Weirdly I've never struggled to get a prime seat and have always been delighted by the service here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking at their watch and realising its pimms o'clock! Food looks great but that's something I am yet to try. I shall update that once I've returned but I'm sure it's just as good!”
