● Closed“I was so reluctant and scared to start therapy but my fears were unfounded and I wish I had done so years ago. I was fortunate that in Anna Maria I found a skilled therapist who gently got me to open up about my complicated family history and then slowly revealed to me how the traumas and losses I had endured were still impacting my present day and the choices I was making.
