"This is our local supermarket, however the fridges have been broken for the past 2 weeks. So no milk, meat, cheese, or other cold items. This is poor considering this is a chain supermarket. The staff are great, but this lack of maintaining/repairing the fridges to ensure they work is a concern."

"Well stocked, apart from the bakery shelf which is hit and miss. Aisles are way too narrow, especially in such a busy shop. Often queues for the till but staff are usually very quick. I've been in there quite a few times though where young members of staff just chuck my shopping in a bag with no thought to what they are doing, like putting loads of heavy things on soft things and grabbing the bread so its squashed, it's really odd like they either have no common sense or just don't really care that they are damaging goods that the person in front of them is standing there paying for. More training in that area would be nice. Older staff though are friendly and more professional."
