Hugo and his team carefully explained each step and carried out the process with great expertise and calm confidence. I was shown the progress as we went along and this gave me enormous reassurance of a good outcome. My implant is superbly comfortable (I don't know it's there) and matches the rest of my teeth perfectly. Why aren't more places like this?”

“High quality and tasty kebab house in the Walton area. I have tried it multiple times times during the last few months. Lamb doner kebab, chicken shish, salad and even the sauce is really good, tasty and fresh. They use good quality naan instead of pita for the take away doner kebab.”

The food was fantastic and all beautifully served and the waitresses were lovely too. All very helpful and fun. Wan in particular took some fabulous photographs for us to remember the evening. “We cancelled our Tempur mattress order from a well known department store after discovering a Cool touch version of the same Sensation elite model which was exclusive only to Dreams. Our Superking bed was not only £100 cheaper, there were also 2 free tempur pillows, and other offers totalling to £210 discount. Ioana at the WoT store was brilliant, got us to try the Sleep match bed which confirmed our selection and was very careful about helping us try the mattresses hygienically which was important to us. Our mattress was delivered in just 1 week by Dreams own delivery crew Matt and Craig who were brilliant in handling the very heavy mattress and removing our old mattress calling us twice before delivery. Really didn't expect such a pleasant experience buying a mattress!”

“A decent stay. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Noise in the corridors was a pain and the lack of parking could also be difficult. But the reception staff are fabulous. Really nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and wants to help.”

These kind of small local shops are more expensive and more expensive to run. People don't spend that much in these. Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”

“Stayed here for a funeral. We had travelled from Devon. The location was great, staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I did find was a stain on the bed runner and cobwebs in several places in the room. It is attached to a lovely pub where we went in the evening for a couple of drinks.”

“A nice small traditional styled Japanese restaurant. Food is excellent quality. Sushi and Sashimi are always a good way to see if a restaurant uses fresh ingredients and their sushi and sashimi are excellent. It is small, so not many tables, so it is probably worth booking as it can get busy.”
