“I contacted their customer service support for help with a product that I wanted to purchase. They responded to me within minutes! They were so professional and accommodating. Which is so rare nowadays. I have now finalised my purchase and I had a great customer experience. To top it off I also got the cheapest price available out there! “My goodness, the food here is devine! Atmosphere - cute, could be romantic if you want it to be. There is an 'Italian home' look and feel to the place, with clothes hanging above you. Unusual, but unique. My OCD just hopes dust from the clothes don't fall on the food. The type of customers we saw whilst we were there consisted of couples and families, so expect a child or two making some noise. It wasn't to the point of being disturbing. Food - scrumptious! We ordered a starter, which was prawns in a tomato sauce with bread. I could've eaten that all night, so delicious. I then ordered a pasta with basil and cod, this isn't the actual name of the meal but that's what it consisted of. It was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the lobster, she is a chef and rated it quite high, with the only complaint being that the lobster was a tad over cooked. We also tried their best wine, not my favourite, it was a little watery. The water is bottled spring water. The chilli oil is a huge glass with a mixture of peppers in oil, felt very home made, adding to the atmosphere. Service - great. The lady serving us was good, not going above and beyond but at the same time didn't need to. She was calm and helped with any info we required. The food arrived in good time too, I'd say it took about 10-15mins to arrive. I'll definitely be returning to this lovely place. 100% recommend it.”

“Lovely dinner at Bacco Ristorante Italiano after an afternoon in Richmond. A small menu that is well executed. The bruschetta with burrata, risotto with asparagus and prawns, and tagliatelle with black truffle were all excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Lots of Italian wines. Large outdoor seating area under large umbrellas. Definitely will return and would definitely recommend.”

“The Refuel Bar & Restaurant is a delightful place to have a drink or meal with friends, before a show or cocktail before moving on elsewhere. We were looking for a place away from the Soho crowds and having called them within five minutes we had a table for 6. The cocktails were lovely, well presented and very tasty. The staff were respectful and excellent in service. The design of the bar and surrounding area is elegantly thought out and the imagery behind the bar is awesome. Highly recommended – a little hidden gem in Soho, close to bars, China Town and theatres.”

“This is a lovely pub with a friendly and helpful landlord! It's near both bus and train station, in Kingston! Had a great pint of Irish real ale! We also had a really good meal, a mixed grill, which was also a good price and filled us up, we will b going back!!”

“Remember when this was a proper pub but it’s now a lovely gastro pub restaurant. Great menu, great food and really friendly warm service. They even asked if we theatre goers and as we were got our food ordered and served quickly which is great attention to detail.”

I’m a pub manager by trade so am enormously fussy about how clean the beer lines are, this pub is spot on. The staff only make it better. Thank you Jake for an enjoyable afternoon! “I really love their pizza and have been a regular customer since they opened the shop. The staff are nice and my order has always come to me quickly and was hot and fresh. The ingredients are high quality and delicious. I’ve told friends about it but thought I should write a review to let folks know. In Richmond they’re my go to for a nice night in. Update: I ordered again this evening and I messed up my order on a Deliveroo. I gave them a call and they looked after it without any issue. Really great service. Thanks guys!”

“Kids will love Jump Street! Trampolines, Clip and Climb and soft play. There's something for everyone. You can get blocks of an hour in whichever you like or do a combo. Would highly recommend it. Parking can be a challenge at peak and booking is recommended”

“We had used the Lodge for our family and friends to stay at for our wedding, and we were extremely happy all round. The rooms were up to a high standard, breakfast was great and more importantly the staff were incredibly helpful. In the run up to the event, they helped with our organisation, and while we were staying there, all the stuff were kind, helpful and very flexible, something particularly demanding when dealing with such a large group. Not only were my wife and I happy with it, but all our guests too had commented with how nice their stays were. If you are having a wedding nearby, we would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Really delicious food. I ordered on deliveries and wish it had stated what condiments came with it. I chose this place because the photos looked like it would be delivered without plastic. Wasabi/ginger came with the sushi and was put on the cardboard box without plastic but I ordered extra as I didn't know if it came with it and sadly these bits came in plastic. However, they clearly care and are doing an amazing job at reducing plastic. The food was mega!”

“We eat in and take away from this excellent Indian restaurant. The standard of cooking is consistently high and the curry’s have a good depth of flavour and taste. They will adapt a curry to suit you and offer plenty of choice. The staff are warm and friendly and the beer always nicely chilled!”

“I took my partner here for afternoon tea on his birthday. We had an excellent time. The staff - Roxanne and Chris - went out of their way to welcome us and to make the experience feel special. The afternoon tea itself was fantastic with beautiful freshly prepared sandwiches and fresh warm scones (baked in-house). Highly recommend for dinner, lunch or a special occasion - we’ll be back soon!”

We booked lunch for my mum's 60th birthday recently, the staff were so attentive & even played along with a surprise we had planned (one of my brothers has been living in Mexico and came home for the birthday, the FB team dressed him in staff uniform & had him serve our drinks - I'm not sure if she's forgiven us.) The food, house wine & cocktails were all delicious! Our photos don't do it justice, but there were clean plates all round. Big thank you to TFB team!”

“The lunch set menu was really good value and excellent quality. Loved the Prawn Cocktail on toast, and the Pan Fried Seabass with a lemon and butter sauce, these were perfect and I’d highly recommend them! Also we enjoyed the Duck Rillettes and Brevette Steak buried under a pile of shallots. All washed down with a pleasant Carafe of enjoyable House red, we’ll definitely be back for more again soon.”

“Found this place on one of delivery company's website and didn't regret it! The burger was really really nice and very filling (two meat patties) and the Sticky Korean Fried Chicken was pretty good too even though I am not a big fan of peas in rice (it tasted much better than it looks). Will definitely try again!”
