As previously, we all had a great time, found it trickier than the previous two games, but with some helpful support from Kathryn, completed the game. We all enjoyed the challenge, and finding an event to accommodate the different ages is a challenge in itself, but Escape in 60 fits the bill. Thoroughly recommend it as a family favourite, Do visit!”

I joined my local Charteris gym and the free weekly Over 50s Keep Fit session where I received a warm welcome and made new friends. Charteris is a community-based not for profit centre run by committed and hardworking Director Lloyd and colleagues who have developed a popular programme of activities for a diverse neighbourhood. After 6 months attending Charteris my Doctor tested me again and found that my health had improved and that I had lost weight. He told me that I no longer had Diabetes and stopped my medication. I will continue to use the Charteris Gym and to attend the weekly Over 50s sessions as it helps me to keep fit, lose weight, improve my health and hopefully live longer!”

“I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking for a brilliant nursery for their child. My daughter has just spent two very happy years at York Road Nursery. Every member of staff is kind, friendly and professional, without exception. Like many people, I was nervous about leaving my daughter somewhere new but from day one my fears were alleviated because I could see how much the staff genuinely care for the children and how well looked after they are. I believe it is a real bonus that they are qualified teachers too which has really helped to prepare my daughter for school. There is a big emphasis on spending time outdoors and my daughter absolutely loved her time at forest school. Thank you to everyone at the centre - I know she’ll miss going there every day!”

“I highly recommend Jatinder, Dr Raj and Kuldeep - particularly for anybody with a fear of dentists. I was forced to find a dentist for an emergency appointment due to an abscess, and having checked reviews I contacted Wellbeing Dental Clinic. Due to the most ridiculous terror of dentists, I no longer smiled as my teeth hadn’t been checked for more years than I care to remember and were in a terrible state - crumbling, stained and I had a horrible click in my jaw when eating. I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get my teeth sorted out, regardless of my fears. I was seen by Jatinder who was totally understanding of my fears, so I got my antibiotics and committed to organising a treatment plan with Dr Raj, another dentist at the practice. As I drove off, the enormity of what I’d just done and agreed to really hit me and I had to pull over as I started shaking uncontrollably and crying with a combination of relief at having survived the appointment and terror at what lay ahead! When I returned, I met with Dr Raj and Kuldeep who are wonderfully kind and understanding. Since then, I’ve had numerous treatments so my jaw no longer clicks and I can now smile widely without being mortified by my teeth and trying to keep them covered. My treatment hasn’t quite finished but apart from being absolutely thrilled with the work done so far, I’ve lost most of my fears of going to the dentist as a result of how understanding and patient Dr Raj and Kuldeep have been. Thank you.”

“Hired Mill End CC for my Son’s 6th Birthday Party. Was able to hire both the Main Hall & the Large Garden which was ideal for a kids birthday party in Summer. Sylwia was a delight to deal with, met us to show us around, and answered any queries we had promptly. Plenty of tables / chairs and space to adequately cater for any number of guests from about 1-30. Use of kitchen to prepare food also very helpful, and I thought the cost of it all was very fair.”

“Amazing beaver, cub and scout group here and we would love to have you, come down and see us at 6:30 on a Wednesday for cubs or scouts and Monday at 6 for beavers”

“Barbican is a great place for people who appreciate arts and other entertainment. It will always have something interesting going on, and you’ll always find something with free entrance as well. It’s definitely one of my favourites places to go in London. The architecture in the place it’s also super impressive and never fails to please with the aesthetic.”

“This is a center I can't but rave about because they are doing so much for the community, low income earners, the vulnerable and those that need help one way or the other. This is a center with a food club, where you can come in to buy a week worth of food stuffs at £3.50. There is fresh meat as well. Are you struggling and you live around this environ. I would advise you go see them and the staffs are friendly & helpful. They also provide help by linking you up with with the organisation that would help you as regard your situation.”
