“I’ve never heard of this pub before but recently attended a wedding for Adrian and Deborah. The venue was really nice and the transformation was incredible. Staff were very friendly, smiley and helpful. Drink prices were very reasonable and I really enjoyed the outside terrace space. This is a great venue for private events and I look forward to coming back to have a pint and watch the footy.”

The parking here is really easy, sometimes it does get busy but there is parking round the back of the hotel itself that people don't realise! “So the first room I had here wasn’t the best, it was clean yes but the air con was not working at all, and the bed felt dodgy luckily the lovely staff here were more then happy to transfer me to another room on the third floor where everything was working perfectly, the room was clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. I was very pleased with the helpfulness here and the second room was exactly what I expected from Premier Inn. Would stay here again and a thank you to the lady here with the tan coloured hair.”

“Used them for the first time to get my 7 year old curtains cleaned and they came back fresh. Gregory came to do quote, and then to return and re-hang curtains. He was excellent throughout. Taking care to explain the service and handling my curtains as if they were precious and expensive items! Office also called to explain risks to the rings in curtains so I understood and could decide. A truly professional outfit and I would definitely recommend. “Bought a small special pizza and chicken burger meal. Both were £4 each. Burger was s chicken steak burger, place was quiet so everything was made fresh to order which took a bit of time. Burger was just a standard steak burger, chips were fresh too which was nice. The pizza was small but good for the price. Because it was fresh, it was very tasty. I will be back to order more pizzas as they have some great deals on double and triple pizza collection.”

“A tiny little takeaway, I first ventured a couple of years back for a Lamb Biryani. To the uninitiated, this dish is like a combo, like a meal in one, much like a pizza or a chow mien. The dish is cooked with chicken (or in my case, lamb) and rice in-situ with herbs and spices. A complimentary pack of salad and minted Raita (yoghurt sauce) comes with it. I am used to some of the best biryanis around the world i.e. Kuwait, Delhi and Kolkata, and I will definitely say that Mr Ali Rehman,(the proprietor) can hold his own against the best I have ever tasted. Besides he has certificates all over the wall showing 5 star awards in cleanliness and hygiene from the local council plus independent food safety authorities. You just need to take a visit to see how meticulously he keeps the food covered in the refrigerated display cabinet! All I can say is that the world will be a poorer place for me without his Lamb Biryani. As for other dishes, if that is what he can do with my dish, I feel confident that he will shine equally well for all other items. Thanks Mr Rehman. Wish you all the best for total success!
