We have been tenants at our flat for just over four years and we have never had an issue with getting in contact with the office or getting quick replies/actions. We have always been dealt with professionally and warmly, including during COVID lockdown when times were tough for everyone. When we have had small issues with our lovely flat (only wear and tear), the team have always been very quick to get it resolved, deal with plumber/electrician directly and accommodate any work around our busy schedules. Would recommend tenants and landlords alike to deal with Romford Martin & co - thank you for all your effort over the last four years!”

“Best Turkish in Essex! Been eating here for years and never had a bad meal. The bread is the best I’ve ever had; so deliciously seasoned and their homemade chilli sauce is incredible! Highly recommend ordering the hummus kuvurma. Mains are very large, would recommend sharing 1 between 2 people, or if you order your own and can’t finish it, ask for a takeaway box. My go-to main is the sarma chicken beyti; absolutely delicious! I forgot to take a picture because I was too excited to eat it, but I’ll be sure to get a picture next time I go and update this review.”

“This place is a must if you have small kids and live near/visit Romford. Situated in the Brewery Shopping Centre with a multi-storey car park. It offers plenty of attractions, all sorts of mazes, slides, mesmerising lights. It cost us £21 (2 adults x£5 + 1 child x£11). Our little "Energizer Bunny" was finally tired at the end of the 2 hour session. If your little one doesn't have the ability to climb and play independently, be prepared to navigate through multiple mazes on several levels, wear comfy clothes. Oceanarium is an interactive sea world room within with ocean images projected on room's walls and floor, it's one of its kind in the whole of Europe and is worth visiting (book it at the reception for free, don't miss it). There's a sand box that with the help of a projector mimics terrain with low levels appearing to be filled with water, hills green and white mountaintops. There's a variety of soft play areas with mazes and slides to explore depending on their level of confidence (and willingness of parents :D ) There's a cafe inside that offers hot food and drinks as well as restaurants outside immediateltly of Kidspace. There are onsite bathrooms and plenty of surfaces to sit on. Soft play areas require you to take your and child's shoes off.”

Recently had terrible tooth trouble over Christmas, received a prompt phone call back on the 28th @ 08:30 with the offer of an appointment that day. Attended and was rebooked for an appointment the following day to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Absolutely flawless service from the dentist Reem, and the reception staff, Katie, Sam and Leah! It was very busy at the time and we waited a little longer than our appointment time but it was worth the wait as we left feeling relieved having had everything explained to us. Highly recommend this Vets. 5*****”

“If you haven't been to Cosmo, you haven't lived! Buffet, lots of food and drink. It was a friends birthday and so we made a booking. It's a popular birthday spot as loads of other people had their birthdays too! Beautiful ambience! Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling!! The food was sooooo scrumptious and delightful!!! Sooo much variety. Lots to eat and drink. The ice cream machine and the chocolate fountain are simply an amazing bonus! A great hit with the kids and, of course, adults too!!!! Clean plates, cutlery, cups and bowls The best part? You get to eat! And eat!! And eat!!! Until you can't eat anymore. Then you eat some more!!!! It was such a beautiful experience. The adults loved it. The kids loved it. We would definitely be back!”

“First visit, parking for 5 or 6 cars in front but we managed to park easily on the opposite side of the road (care - some spaces are double yellow lines). Recommended by a friend and I add my recommendation to hers. Choice and quality of food superb, up there with the very best we've had. Recommend lamb shanks and mixed grill, but everything looked and tasted great. Didn't have a starter and just as well as portions were a good size. Had a poppadom each instead and even the dips were excellent. Try the lime pickle with chickpeas, excellent. Price was very reasonable, 3 beers and a bottle of wine between 4, main course and sides, about £25 a head. Don't be put off by a couple of surly waiters, with food this good you can suffer a little bit of moody service. Oh, and they had run out of Cobra Zero so the driver had to move on the water, also no Baileys for the complimentary drink, but can't really allow that to detract from the high quality of the food. We'll be back!”

I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. Maria spoke to my family all day and helped my dad to the van with all the shopping she also gifted me flowers, sweets for my kids and upgraded some of my items as a kind gesture! Kane was our server.. he was a hard working, friendly and helpful person who provided an excellent service during our stay.. he is truly an asset to your company. We were able to turn up a little early to display a little party decor which was great. The food was delicious and fun was had by all. Would definitely recommend to others and we will definitely be returning in future!”
