“Great vetinary group!! We booked an appointment for the next day online with ease. On the day, they had a cancellation called if we wanted to come early. That was helpful. There is parking outside, just outside the building. The vet was very friendly and knowledgable and we were happy with our consultation (£45). The reception also had pet goodies if needed.”

My dog had so many issues since she was a pup and the vet was amazing, informative and compassionate on each and every single visit/operation we had. I trusted him wholeheartedly and he helped my dog live a long and happy life. Stayed here as was close to airport for my holiday but still close enough to central for me to go and explore London… Great room and service, checked in by Lara, very friendly smile. Restaurant not too bad for dinner had server Rachel, very happy lady. For breakfast was not the best buffet but good enough.”

“My son started at The Garden Pre-School a few weeks ago and has settled in beautifully. He has just turned two and, having been out of childcare for a long time, I was concerned as to how it would be to leave him. Well I needn’t have worried as all the staff at The Garden Pre-School have been incredibly kind, supportive and caring in making sure that my son feels happy and secure. In the first week teachers even took the time to update me regularly throughout each day, via phone calls, online messaging and photos as to how he had settled and the numerous fun activities he was taking part in. As an Early Years Teacher myself I am always very interested in other settings and having taken much time looking into different childcare options my husband and I were certain that the Garden Pre-School was the right place for our little boy. The outdoor area is always well maintained with fantastic equipment to allow children to explore safely and, as well as both the indoor and outdoor classrooms, there is an on-site Forest School, something which I personally believe is highly beneficial to children’s physical development as well as promoting independent exploration and imagination. I have already seen so much progress with regards to my sons speech, play and social behaviours. He runs out everyday with a huge smile on his face whilst shouting ‘bye bye friends’ and on the journey home when asked if he had a good day he replies ‘Yes, fun!’ As a parent, this is an amazing and reassuring thing to hear and I thank the staff at The Garden Pre-School for their hard work and dedication to the children they care for.”

Speaking about clinic staff, they are great. Secretary Hannah Matthews, Doctor Bhatia - they do their job on a high level that I have never seen before. This is a story when a person from the heart and soul helps people to find stability and peace. From our first meeting, he everytime very carefully analysed my situation, read between the lines, asked those questions that are relevant to my case and revealed the true reason why I was suffering from it. At the same time, communicating with him is like when you communicate with a close friend with a cup of tea. This inspires me very much. I think he is a gifted person on what he does and he does it professionally. Thanks to him, for the first time in so many years, I did not experience dangerous manic episodes and a deep attack of depression, which I had every, every damn year! I cannot even believe it, can I finally live stable like all normal people, It turns out yes I can. WOW”

“Amazing place with friendly staff, who are very helpful and always approachable. The rents have gone up currently due to the market conditions, but it’s totally worth the price as it has a lot to offer with various communal gardens, designated kids’ play area, co-working space and a lot more! The view from it’s roof top garden is so beautiful that you could spend the whole day out there! The team works very hard to serve their tenants and come up with get-together parties regularly. The locality is very well connected with the station, grocery stores, and the high street at a walkable distance from the building. With such a great connectivity and so much on offer, Fizzy Hayes is too good to be missed out. So if you are considering Hayes or nearby area for your move, Fizzy Hayes is the clear choice!”
