Price was very reasonable, at 1/3 of the barber in Heathrow 5. Came here during my 6 hour layover from Heathrow 5. Was easy to get here, via terminal bus (free!) and walking. “I can't recommend this barbershop enough! The owner is welcoming and professional. When I struggled deciding what exactly I wanted to do with my hair he asked the right questions and showed pictures as a reference which helped immensely. It's also great having a chat with him every time I visit. The place is tidy, warm and smells god as well :) Good job!”

“The staff are excellent at what they do. They are a super friendly team and offer an excellent barbering service. They are also great with children, especially Daban. Initially in Twickenham/Fulwell and now in Richmond, my 10 year old has been seeing Daban since he was 5 and will not go anywhere else. Finding a barber who is good with children, engages them fully was a task and my youngster will not go anywhere else. The service Daban and his team offer is excellent, a clean and friendly environment, the team listen to what the customer wants and importantly deliver. In an area where there is an abundance of barbers and hairdressing salons, Magic Scissors stands out amongst the crowd. Their prices also are more than competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Magic Scissors.”

“Excellent service all round - I come from the other end of London to have my hair cut at D& G Acton and they never disappoint. All the staff are really friendly, with Maazen being exceptionally personable. They are very sociable, always making you feel welcome and at home. Coincidently, I worked and became friends with someone who has his hair cut there also and he feels the same way about their service I do. They've even introduced me to other people, one of which gave me a job - how many barber shops connect you to the community like that? Maazen, Hasan, and more recently Ayman have consistently managed to cut my difficult hair effortlessly, paying acute attention to both my preference and how best to make me look. In particular, Ayman does a masterful job at cutting my hair cleanly and stylishly, leaving no part out of place. The prices are very reasonable, but even if they charged a few pounds more like many other barber shops, it would be worth it for their professional service, the feeling they give you every time you see them, and the banter you get with Maazen.”

I've never felt the need to tip for a haircut but did on this occasion. The only reason not to recommend this place is to stop it from becoming so popular I won't be able to book my next haircut! “This was a while ago but I thought because I went in today I should write the review for last time because I should of very nervous as I haven't been to a barber shop really before only ones however they were very nice and polite I know exactly what they're doing conversation was flowing eased my nervousness I was actually enjoying my barbershop visit which I wasn't expecting to. the actual haircut was amazing and looked great throughout and only showed Johnny what I wanted through pictures and he deciphered and and made my haircut look good to my head .
