I was terrified before I first started as I wasn’t sure what the results would be, however everyone at este made sure I was comfortable and when I had my test patch I knew there was no going back. I am very particular especially when it comes to my face, but Noemi has always ensured whatever treatments she has been using work for my skin. No matter how many clients she has, she always gets to know them and their skin, as she did with mine. I love hydrafacials here but most of all the micro needling. As an Asian woman, I am prone to pigmentation. The micro needling sessions have definitely reduced this and made my skin look healthier than I’ve ever seen it. Booking an appointment took 2 mins in total purely because of how easygoing and organised the owner is. Skipping to the actual procedure- professionalism was 10/10- the setup is perfect and hygiene is considered completely throughout every step of the process. I know most people are hesitant to get procedures like this done because of the pain likelihood but I can assure you this was pretty much painless due to the strength of the numbing cream and how comfortable I was made to feel. In terms of personality the owner is so easy to get along with and incredibly down to earth❤️ so much so that I ended up staying for an extra 40 minutes just chatting hahaha.
