I’m a neighbour of this store and this store had given me no problems and great staff here. @@0o0o0123I, I was there waiting for my parcel when this happened and I saw everything. You didn’t mention that you didn’t bring the faulty item just the package and had no receipt either. Anyone can go to any place saying a product is faulty without any receipt. Arun was a polite manager who said he’s willing to give you a refund if the faulty item was brought to the store. This is why you can’t take the reviews at face value. He’s one of kindest and polite staff I have seen work here like the others.”

Instead of waiting for it to be delivered, I decided to come to tuffnells warehouse to pick it up. The rug was in a 4m long roll, and weighs about 50kg. It was impossible to fit in my car. Luckily The traffic manager and other staff helped me fold it and managed to load it in my car. I want to express my gratitude for their help and kindness.”
