Having been messed around by local plumbers who played the usual guessing game with our old boiler and cost us money by replacing bits that didn't need replacing, I went in search of a new boiler. After my experience with the above, I went to ZARA HEATING with a certain amount of apprehension, not knowing what to expect. I can only say this: Craig, the ZARA HEATING installer who did the job, was absolutely top notch. On time, put down dust sheets everywhere(without being asked), worked solidly throughout the day and finished everything on time and done properly. No mess, no fuss, absolutely first class job. The ZARA HEATING contracted scaffolders (necessary for a 3 storey house to replace the roof flue) turned up dead on time, did a quick and efficient job and were gone promptly the job was finished. So far as ZARA HEATING, the company, well, all I can say is, it's brilliant. The price was extraordinarily good, the communication before the installation first class, thanks to Scott and others in sales and customer service, and the whole thing went off very, very well. “I'm dealing with this garage more than 8 years and honestly as soon as you arrive Amir will come straight away to see your problem, and at the same moment giving you the options if it's minor problems he will direct his his team to repair without any delay, but if required major repairs while you are waiting will give you parts and labour cost and the time your car will ready unlike other garages keeping your car for long without any decision. I suggest everyone to visit and see the reality by yourself.”

“For the prices, you would expect some tomfoolery to be afoot, but having had four piercings here, I can attest, they are responsive and friendly. The days following my nose piercing, I noticed more swelling than expected, to the point of risking absorption of the jewelry I was initially pierced with. I messaged them, and despite it being a bank holiday, they saw me right away to replace the jewelry with a piece that allowed more space for healing, all while keeping the original jewelry. Even better? They did this at no additional cost. I will definitely be coming back for any piercing needs I have”

However although someone from Wren came to my house and measured followed by me attending appointment with Kitchen designer,and planed the kitchen paid in cash, but the kitchen which delivered on 24 June has not yet been fitted due to first. The worktop was wrong size and Wren replaced it. But now the cabinets are wrong. I haven't been able to use my kitchen since 27th June nor fridge or freezer or washing machine. I am so disapoited and frustrated. I don't know what is going to happen. I need help.”
