“Great service once again from Halfords Borehamwood! Arrived with my bike for its 6 week check, and one of the team (I believe a SA gentleman) offered to carry my bike up the stairs for me. Will carried out the check. He then went above and beyond to advise me on a repair for another bike (later carrying out that repair to a very high standard.) When attempting to put my bike back in my car after the 6 week check, another member of the team (an older gentleman working on a car engine) came over kindly offered to put my bike into my car for me. What a great team!”

My car was picked up at the pre-arranged time and loaded onto a truck to take away. I thought this was great as I wasn't keen on my nearly new car being driven to a garage. Whilst my car was in the garage I was kept fully up to date by phone & text as to when the repairs would be done and when I could expect my car back. The pick up and drop off driver was so nice, paying attention to detail and delivering service with a smile. The 5 year paintwork warranty was a pleasant but much welcome surprise. “Finally, after a few years i found a reliable mechanic!!! Service was impecable, got updated over the phone about the progress of the car as it had a major work done to it. All the swapped parts were shown to me. New ones and the ones that came off the car Was even asked if he is allowed to test drive it. Also, car was given back cleaned and spotless and a day earlyer than i was told initially. Everything was detailed and prices are very good comparing to other garages.
