Not just this, she is very open and is lovely to talk to. AND I needed an appointment last minute and i phoned everywhere in northwood and watford area and no where was available and then soodie was so open in adding me into her day as an extra client, just out of kindness and yes she is also a 'workaholic' haha, thank you times a million! “Outstanding service . Popped in Monday morning to see if there was any chance of having my clutch replaced this side of Christmas. They were very busy but said they'd try to get it done if they had any cancellations. Phoned us with a quote for works needed , got on and ordered parts and we were hoping possibly getting back after weekend, however , called this afternoon (Tuesday) Our car was ready and was slighter cheaper than quoted because it didn't need any oil. “Once again Vic , Varsha and Uncle and the team sorted out my work van after the alternator failed going south on the M1 the other day. I called them for help at about 10am, I managed to get to Honeypot Lane when the van refused to re-start. I called Varsha who immediately was on the case to get Uncle ready with a jump starter to recover the van from the roadside. The van went in to the workshop about 12noon. At 3pm I get a call to say the new alternator was fitted and the van was ready for collection. All about as seamless as it could possibly be. Fantastic service and done so fast so I didn't lose much time having the van off the road. I can only say these guys are amazing and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them. I don't expect they can always do things that fast but they 'say what they mean and mean what they say' which is so rare today.
