“Cannot rate Studio K highly enough. The teachers Chloe and Sarah are so friendly and always bring good vibes. The classes are super fun, a great work out, simple booking via Mindbody and it's very reasonable at around £10 a class. Love it so much and can’t believe I hadn’t been before I did. Really friendly atmosphere no matter what level you’re at and all body types welcome!. They even introduce new people to the class by name and make the effort to remember people’s names. Can recommend hip hop, clubbercise and Zumba. Thank you ladies!!”

“It is my favourite Dance Studio to go to. Missie and Gee who look after the studio are some of the most wonderful and friendliest ladies I have ever met. The community they have created is so welcoming and inclusive. I love how the classes are easy to follow wether you are new to dancing, dancing as a hobbie or professional. They always make sure that everyone is taken into account and often will listen to some of the songs you want to do and try to accommodate. I personally love the commercial, contemporary with Gee and musical theatre classes. I've done a little hip hop which I am not the best at but Missie is always so patient and encouraging. I also love their workshop, they are so much fun and very varied. They have just launched their new classes and I can't wait to try them. The new studio is BEAUTIFUL! So exciting!”

“They have beautiful spacious kennels including 'family' rooms where all my dogs can still be together. They feed my pups the food I provide for them (raw food) to the schedule that I keep at home. But enough about that my dogs love it there. They love the staff and run to them for cuddles the second I open the car door. That is the most important thing. “I started Pilates classes at Vanbrugh physio with Anja at the beginning of the year to help with injury prevention and flexibility. I’ve never really got on with Pilates before but absolutely love these classes. They’re small so you feel like you’re getting personal attention and Anja and Rachel are fantastic teachers who bring great energy and knowledge. I’m feeling stronger and more supple and it’s definitely the most relaxing part of my week. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

The teachers are incredibly talented, skilled and knowledgeable and we are very lucky to have them. The teachers always push you to do your very best in classes. I love all the friends that I have made at this studio and we are all like family. It is such a fun, welcoming place to come. I highly reccomend to anyone wanting to try aerial fitness.”

Unfortunately we recently lost our little George who was rescued by Cheryl and then adopted by my dad. I was diagnosed with my thyroid problems years ago and have never felt so good since I have been seeing her, I have more energy and the bloating has all gone. I have also had severe neck pain for many years and this too has all gone. I will definitely continue to have more sessions with Dr Zhang, she is very patient and understanding and is very good at explaining the treatment as she goes along. Highly Recommended.”

Has the sports hub in the middle that has a gym and a sports hall to book and play.toilets changing rooms inside the hub or around the back outside area. Tennis courts you can book. A big playground for the kids. There's food there at times too and ice cream vans ,scattered around. Great park”
