NOVA Osteopathy - Coulsdon Clinic
● Closed“I have been seeing Nicholas for several months now and I am so impressed with his level of care and expertise. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Nicholas took the time to understand my concerns and explained his treatment plan in a way that was easy for me to understand. During each session, he was attentive, caring and gentle. It was able to alleviate my pain and discomfort through a combination of manual therapy and exercises. His approach was holistic, not only addressed my physical symptoms but also my overall well-being. I also appreciated his willingness to work with my schedule and accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for an excellent osteopath. It's worth noting that Osteopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare, it aims to help with the symptoms and causes of pain, discomfort and dysfunction in the body. And as such, it's important to find a practitioner that you trust, communicate well and that you feel comfortable with.”

Off The Rails
● Closed14-16, 8 Grant Road, London SW11 2NU, United Kingdom“It is my favourite Dance Studio to go to. Missie and Gee who look after the studio are some of the most wonderful and friendliest ladies I have ever met. The community they have created is so welcoming and inclusive. I love how the classes are easy to follow wether you are new to dancing, dancing as a hobbie or professional. They always make sure that everyone is taken into account and often will listen to some of the songs you want to do and try to accommodate. I personally love the commercial, contemporary with Gee and musical theatre classes. I've done a little hip hop which I am not the best at but Missie is always so patient and encouraging. I also love their workshop, they are so much fun and very varied. They have just launched their new classes and I can't wait to try them. The new studio is BEAUTIFUL! So exciting!”

Willpower Therapy
● Closed“I have experienced hypnosis therapy before… I know feeling comfortable and trust is KEY to a good session. Will immediately put all anxiety at rest with a nice meet-n-greet before we got started. Then 10, 9, 8,…… off we went down the rabbit hole of discovery of reaching nuggets of knowledge that were locked away in the crevices of past lifetimes. The visions were accompanied with downloads of information with details presently playing out in my life so I won’t reveal the secrets but if you ever get a chance to book a session with Will, I personally recommend him as a mentor, coach & therapist. Am’aura McKinney”

Laura Ryan Therapies

A booking was swiftly made and I was also given a reminder text (always handy). On the day I was so impressed by Laura and not only her diagnostic work but the following deep tissue massage. You could feel the good work done instantaneously and four nights on and you can really feel the benefits. She was thoughtful and gave extremely good advice throughout to help as I continue to shed the pain I've been getting. I can't recommend enough.”

CBR Clinics Canary Wharf
● Closed“Very good experience with Antonios. I came here because I have stiff neck and that gives me headache and painful jaw, also a choking feeling around my throat. Other physio or GP or specialist I saw previously they don’t recognise my throat or jaw issue is actually linked with my neck, but Antonios recognised them immediately and comes with a stretching plus exercise plan to release the tension and ease the pain. I feel much better after a few sessions, now my jaw pain is actually gone. Will keep going with them to see how much I can improve.”
