“Beautiful store with alot of gorgeous items that you can't find anywhere else for kittens and cats as well as dogs. We bought a cable knit sweater in blue and it was very God quality. My kitten was very comfortable in it and never complained wearing it...moreover it was such a cute item. “I collected my lengha outfit yesterday (Saturday 10th October 2020), after choosing this in March, before the lockdown. I have to say that when I visited in March the service was excellent and when returning to collect the altered lengha, again the service was excellent. I have to say I received points from the two lengha's I purchased in March. This time I bought bangles worth £90, but with the points I only paid £15.00 Thank you Variety Silk House for a great service from your staff, although I'm not purchasing at the moment due to weddings being cancelled, should I need anything in the future, I will be returning as VSH has excellent and the latest designs which are amazing. “I had the most pleasant experience in Clarkes Wembley outlet and this is all down to Heather . For the first time , I received red carpet treatment - Heather helped me chose the right pair of shoes and even went the extra mile to check out the back to see if they had my size in store. This blew me away given I’ve been in the suite many times and when asking if they could check out the back for my size if it wasn’t displayed - the short answer I received if it’s not on the display shelf, we don’t have them. Heather , fine her job exceptionally well & proved the theory wrong as my size was out the back - last pair - I was lucky and very grateful to Heather . She helped me with the sizing, gave me the sound advice, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority snd nothing was too difficult . I ended up buying two pairs of shoes as a result of the service provided by Heather . Overall, Heather is a valuable asset to Clarkes - she is polite, professional, knowledgeable with the best customer care values and equally stroke s good rapport - I felt like a queen - old school ways are hard to beat svd find these days.
