“Had day surgery for bowel cancer screening and although they were running late I felt the staff were extremely caring and kept me informed all through my treatment. The air conditioning wasn't working on the hottest day of the year for which they kept apologising but my concern was more for them than me as they would have to suffer all day. “Love our local Waitrose, the staff are all so so friendly and attentive. Good stock on most things , I only wish Waitrose didn’t get rid of their own branded gluten free chocolate cup cakes in the bakery section - for someone who is coeliac like me they were the best tasting cakes I’ve ever had and trust me a lot of gluten free stuff is so dry , but not these!!
