“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“Had a dental appointment with Dr. Nik and a hygienist session with Adelaide on 2 consecutive days. Both were very professional and excellent. Adelaide in particular was super gentle with my very sensitive teeth. My fears of the dentist were allayed and I found that I could even relax in the chair!”

I went there to look for a canvas and I found not only a large selection of canvases but many other interesting products ranging from model building kits(which were on sale for a decent price) to clay modeling tools and cake baking accessories.”

“Great food served promptly. Bit of a queue outside on a Sunday night, but stuck with it and glad we did as the queue shifted to nothing in less than five minutes. Just the right amount of time reading the menu before the waitress asked for our order, which came less than 10 minutes later. All freshly prepared and bang on to the descriptions in the menu. The dishes looked exactly like the menu which is rare these days. Waitress was quick with the next round of drinks and then the bill. Couldn't really ask for more, thank you Yasmin.”

Last week got 2 tyres and full wheel alignment and very happy with the work. This week major service booked in, couple of bits needing topping up/replacing all done future advisories given and Antonio, manager, was very friendly and helpful as well as giving advice on how to get some money off/back (e.g. through free motoring club sign up).”

I advertised my property through their website after a really thorough and helpful meeting with one of their estate agents, Akash. This was my first experience of leasing out a property and Akash took the time to explain all the services they could provide in great detail and advised me based on his experience which was so helpful. I actually liaised with three estate agents in the area to advertise my property, but Romans stood out above the rest. The tenant moved in just as the lockdown was enforced and I was worried about the continuity of service. But Romans dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. When there were any issues to be resolved, another estate agent, Alex has been very helpful in getting things done during the lockdown. I’ve recently been helped by Heather who has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service, particularly helping me when my boiler broke down and I was having trouble getting a British Gas engineer to come out to fix it. She is always really happy to help with any query. She deals with everything very quickly and efficiently - no complaints! I’ve had excellent customer service from Jessica Phillips, my property manager who has dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to sort things out.”

“I visited here on Saturday with my daughter. We both had an appointment and we were seen on time. As always a very friendly welcome and a wonderful experience. The salon was very busy but we were not rushed and the experience was great as always. I returned on Tuesday to have a pedicure, the salon was very quiet and I got to chat to the owners quite a bit. “I did bit of shop around before finally decide to drop the car. They ask me £230 to fix the car. But to my surprise when I went to collect the car they only charge me £170. The owner of the garage explained me that the cost of the parts were less. I was really impressed with their honesty and they did complete the job on time. Very polite and professional!!!
