Lots of time was taken, there was no rush which made my daughter, who was a little bit nervous, feel relaxed. I was allowed to be with my daughter for the piercing and all of our questions were happily answered -- even though I'm sure he had heard them a million times! Good aftercare advice, my daughter followed the simple instructions had no issues.”
