My son started to attend Base Zero from 10 months old and as a first time mum with a lockdown baby I was very nervous at first but the staff helped him settle in really well and he’s enjoyed attending ever since. He has developed so much since attending and takes part in loads of different activities every day. The staff are all lovely and always happy, I knew from the first time I came to view the nursery it was the perfect place for my son and I was right. Would highly recommend !”

“I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking for a brilliant nursery for their child. My daughter has just spent two very happy years at York Road Nursery. Every member of staff is kind, friendly and professional, without exception. Like many people, I was nervous about leaving my daughter somewhere new but from day one my fears were alleviated because I could see how much the staff genuinely care for the children and how well looked after they are. I believe it is a real bonus that they are qualified teachers too which has really helped to prepare my daughter for school. There is a big emphasis on spending time outdoors and my daughter absolutely loved her time at forest school. Thank you to everyone at the centre - I know she’ll miss going there every day!”

“William Patten Daycare has provided exceptional care for my son. Since starting at the beginning of 2020, he has made leaps of progress with his confidence, learning but above all, he is always so happy! Every day, he comes home singing a new song or talking about a book that he has enjoyed. The staff at WPDC are wonderful. They are attuned to the children's interests and make fabulous role play areas and discovery tables that truly excite the children. On top of all of this, the food is varied, nutritious and my son loves it - often asking for seconds! I cannot recommend this nursery enough.”

“As a new mother Ihsan Childrens Centre has been an absolute gem. Prior to lockdown, I was invited for baby groups shortly after my son was born and was astonished at how lovely and welcoming the staff were. During lockdown, the caring staff frequently got in touch with me to check in on my wellbeing and sent me care packages for myself and my baby which were so well received. As a new mother in the middle of a pandemic, having that support and care was heart warming and I'm extremely grateful for that. I have been visiting Ihsan weekly since then for Stay and Play Sessions which my 11 month old really enjoys! The staff are welcoming, caring and supportive each week and always try their best to ensure we are happy and go out of their way to provide activities specifically for my sons interests which is touching! Thank you to all the wonderful Staff and Volunteers at Ihsan for making such an unusual time in the world feel safe and for being there for us!”

“My son joined Little Apples at 14 months old and quickly settled in, largely down to the friendly and caring staff. Each morning we are greeted with a warm smile and each afternoon at pick up we are told what he did that day and what his response was to that activity. Throughout the day we can see what he is up to using the Blossoms app, where his general progress is recorded and well as developmental milestone tracking and praise. We genuinely feel relaxed when our son is at Little Apples and therefore made the easy decision to enrol our youngest child there too (he starts in a few months). We feel very lucky to have found such a great nursery for our boys; knowing we can go to work and have peace of mind that they are having fun, learning and kept safe.”

“Always very clean and well managed. Other places are cheaper but they are often overcrowded. Go here if you want a pleasant soft play experience with an OK cup of coffee. Oh, and the staff gave my daughter a balloon of the colour of her choosing so extra points for that!”

“New GP surgery Sangam, merged around the corner Aston Mansfield. Many doctors together here. Excellent for those who live close by or are already patrons. Same old lovely staff who are multi lingual and always ready to help. New building is fantastic too. Local community centre and St Michael's Church.”

“My partner and I brang our 17 month old son to the 11:30 session today and I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed our time.. We have been to some other soft plays but feel that they lack much for the younger children... Little Dinosaurs was more than exciting for our son... Usually he clings to us in other places but here he couldn't wait to get away and have fun... Laughing hysterically on the slide and the little spinning toy at the top. Staff were super friendly both the lady who signed us in and the lady who brang our food to the table. They have a very good selection of meals, sandwiches, snacks and drinks to choose from not to mention I noticed that they have a basket filled with Ella's kitchen food pouches for the younger babies which I thought was great!They do have a garden outside the front filled with toys which of course will be great for the warmer months... Let alone they are located in a park giving you the chance for a good walk around before or after your session. The price was more than reasonable for the entry. Thank you so much for a lovely morning and we will look forward to coming back next week!”

“My 4 year old has attended the camp over the summer holidays. She's so happy going and has mostly enjoyed learning new sports, games and playing with children of mixed ages. The coaches are really friendly and fun too.”

“My son attended the Child Development Centre after we had exhausted all other avenues through the NHS and essentially got nowhere. I am not disparaging the NHS, I think they are marvellous but they do not have the time or resources to fully help our children the way they need help in these circumstances. We had the Centre recommended to us and it has really changed our lives. The relief that someone was finally making sense of our son's behaviour and difficulties that he was having was immense. He would jump and scream at unexpected noises, he would hate any labels in clothes, he would zoom around the house causing mayhem (not deliberately, quite the opposite he was very happy), but we did fear he had ADHD. He was like Tigger from Winnie the Poo, bouncing around everywhere! His concentration was very poor, he was very silly and immature for his age, he wasn't able to sit and watch a DVD, read a book or play with one toy or game for any period of time, he would get bored very easily and be off to play with another toy or game. From a very young age he would have obsessions - firstly the Fire Service and he would not anywhere unless in a full fireman's uniform with a utility belt, he was 4 yrs old at this stage and then it changed to the Police (5yrs old) and then the Army (8yrs old) with each obsession taking over all of our lives in one way or another. One fact we did find interesting was that Dyspraxia often gets misdiagnosed as ADHD. He was diagnosed as having Dyspraxia traits and audio dyslexia. We received a very detailed report which made so much sense in terms of why he was behaving the way he was, but more importantly we started the programme that would definitely change all of our lives for the better. The programme is not a quick fix solution. You need to be dedicated and understand there will be times when it is frustrating and it seems you are making no progress then other times when it accelerate and the changes are amazing. Most people comment that he is like a different boy now and he really is. Once we were able to get rid of the reflexes he had retained the changes became really noticeable. He is so much calmer now, he can concentrate - he reads so many books now which we are delighted at! The screaming when he's startled has stopped and he's even more tolerant to labels! In the beginning we did the on-line checklist on the website and ticked far too many! However, I would highly recommend doing this as it give you a really good idea on whether there is a problem there that needs solving. My husband and I had the conversation about the cost of the treatment and I remember him saying 'this could be the best money we've ever spent' and he was absolutely right, it was. I would highly recommend going for an initial assessment to find out all about it. We originally met David and then Alex continued all of the appointments and treatments with our son. He is excellent with children, very professional with a firm but easy-going manner. If you decide to do it, follow all of the instructions, they really do know what they are talking about and you will get better results by following them to the letter. The programmes are medication free which I loved, this is a totally natural way to help your child be the best they can be!”

“My child has been at Rangers for 7 months and I couldn't have picked a better nursery for him. The environment is so well connected with nature, whether it be the non-toxic materials used indoors or the garden area where children spend majority of their time. The nursery talkes inspiration from the Steiner/Waldorf alternative schooling method which I think is great for children to explore their imaginative and creative side. The teachers are great at what they do, each and every one of the staff members are so nurturing and encouraging, I have never had any reservations in my decision with this nursery and my child's eagerness and enthusiasm to go to Rangers vouches for that. The children and parents are all made to feel like one big family, and I love that about this nursery. It is great that there is this calm lovely space for children amongst the chaos of busy London life.”
