Very helpful and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. Fast, efficient, good value and a great find as was difficult to track down other chemists with stock of the flu jab. Definitely recommend them.”

“Abacus is a fantastic nursery that I send my 1yr old daughter to. From the moment I first looked around I knew it would be a safe, nurturing and warm environment for her and we have not been disappointed. The staff are so loving and great with all the children, parents are kept up to date with their child’s progress during the day through the Famly App and there are always great activities for the children to do. Vanda and all the Baby Room staff have been fantastic in getting my daughter settled and she is really thriving.”

“Our daughter is sadly about to leave 4 Street to go into reception. She has been there for just over a year, since we moved her from another nursery. I can honestly say that she has loved every minute of it! She settled in straight away, with the help of the amazing, kind and nurturing staff. As parents, we felt reassured that she was being well taken care of and the communication we received was excellent (even during a pandemic). The daily activities are so imaginative and well thought out, the children definitely learn so much and develop lots of skills through play. Another thing that is great is the food. There is a a varied, healthy menu, all homemade on site and my daughter really enjoyed all her meals and snacks! 4 Street have been wonderful at helping the older children have a flawless transition into 'big school'. They have prepared them with all the practical skills they need as well as supported them (and parents) emotionally with the change. Having not had a great experience with the previous nursery, we honestly cannot recommend 4 Street highly enough.”

“We visited Bobby Moore Primary during one of the parents’ evenings just before it opened in September last year and we were impressed with the facility, the speech delivered by a few of the senior members of the Trust about the quality of education the school offered, the ethos and the vision of the school. Based on the overall positive impression, we decided that Bobby Moore would be the right place for our child to start his learning journey. A year down the road and we didn’t regret our decision in the slightest. Mainly because our child has thrived and prospered under the direction and guidance of the amazing teaching and assistance staff led by Ms Mardenborough. We are impressed with the achievements and progress our child has made so far and not just academic ones. His individual talents seem to be taken into account and well nurtured by the teachers which speaks of their high professionalism. I must note that there hasn’t been a day that our child didn’t wish to go to school. Each day of school is welcomed with enthusiasm and joy by our child. We think it is due to the friendly and healthy atmosphere at school. The teachers are great, highly professional and attentive to each child’s individual needs. They worked truly hard to help our children progress this far. We have been impressed with the endless enthusiasm and energy expressed by the head teacher Ms Mardenborough. She takes great pride not only in her job but in all the achievements by our children. She expressed on so many occasions that the children are her true pride and joy. We are eternally grateful to all the teaching and assistance staff at Bobby Moore Primary for taking such great care of our kids in nurturing, educating and protecting them throughout this year. And last but not the least. We are really happy to have met all the parents. Together we managed to form a great little community. “Such a great madrassah, really prioritises the children and what is in their best interests. The standards set for staff and students in terms of conduct, effort and achievement is high. Very different to other madaaris, where the teachers just stroll in, teach a spontaneous lesson and leave. Teachers here are required to dedicate a lot of time and thought into how they conduct lessons and impart knowledge. This is what the children need and deserve. For this reason among many others, I thoroughly enjoy working here. May Allaah place barakah in the academy.”

My tutor, William, was always very helpful as well as the Principle, Nicolas, who was friendly and always engages with his students. Thanks to them I was able to achieve a D*D* and heading to Uni this September. Although we were in lock-down during mid way through the course, I was still able to receive guidance consistently from William and Nicolas. They have helped me to become an independent learner. “I discovered PSM 9 months ago. I presented with multiple separate issues at first appointment with specialist medical consultant Rhodri Phillip, who took a full history to make his assessment of how best to move forward in my particular case. Rather than ordering multiple expensive tests and scans, he arranged for physiotherapy with the excellent Pierre Jason, who I must admit was great at both demonstrating and explaining any recommended exercises, engaging me to be active in my own healing, performing the recommended exercises multiple times between sessions. Pierre was also hands on with tissue manipulation to support my recovery. Taking down pain and discomfort levels significantly, and increasing range of motion. I was then handed over to another amazing practitioner, Yaad Hassan, who is continuing the unravelling, with his magic mix of soft tissue massage, the most extensive and impactful Accupuncture that I’ve ever experienced, blading, cupping etc. Yaad again is amazingly talented, has a real mixed bag of tools, a great manner and is totally engaging and passionate, delivering a great service. My journey back to being pain free continues. Having experienced many therapies and practitioners over the years, all supporting a little, I’m both happy and amazed in noticing the dramatic difference that the team at PSM have had, helping me unravel symptoms accumulated over a number of years. “My son started when he was a baby, and he is in pre-school now, we are really happy with what MPH provides, and he enjoys going to nursery Activities are fun and at the same time meaningful he learns a lot He enjoys the cooking club, drama and dance and football club. I love their famly app, we get pictures and updates throughout the day, staffs are very friendly and kind We enjoy their summer fair event, picnic, and sports day where we get to mingle with other parents. They also host twice a year parents meeting where we get all the updates and what is the next step for our son, which is helpful for us to support him at home. We love their new building, very clean and tidy Also, our son enjoys the food at nursery which is prepared fresh and is happy with the balanced food menu. We were seen to quickly, the entire team were professional and even entertained my baby whilst i was with our dog. Lovely family friendly feel with a huge parking just behind. “We had an issue with our electric range oven. It tripped the electrics a couple of times. Tom popped over (the same day as we called). He ran a full diagnostic on the cooker but could not find any fault with it. We have had mouse issues over the years. He surmised that they might be the cause, as they can get into the space temporarily, touch a cable and trip the electrics. As there was nothing wrong with the cooker, he offered to pop back if the problem continued/occurred again. Very nice chap and very professional. Now onto the pest people (again!).”

“I’d been contemplating swimming lessons for years and felt so nervous going into it but I’m so glad I took the plunge (pun intended). Lisa made me feel instantly at ease with her friendly manner and in less than 10 weeks I was already able to swim multiple lengths, something I never thought I’d be able to do. In my opinion I think this is an ideal place to learn to swim as an adult, being in hotels the swimming pools are already a really nice environment to be in and I would go in the evenings or weekends and the pools were always really quiet. The learn to swim programme is great too, the approach is simple all the steps are really methodical, not at all overwhelming and Lisa always took the time to explain why I had to do certain things i.e. to make the swim more efficient, not breathe in water etc. And honestly, it was so much fun! Couldn’t recommend Lisa and Turner Swim more.”
