I was really humbled by the empathy, humanity and hard work the team at Cruxton including Yusuf, Shafiq and Ali did to get my family and a refund very quickly. They were very professional and even though they were no doubt handling huge numbers of cancellations with very little news business coming in, they were very communicative. My extended family who had booked the same flights as us through a popular online agency had a very different experience. They were unable to get any responses and had to resort to getting their credit card company to charge back their flight cost. It is in times like this that I was super happy to use a travel agent that was customer first. Thanks to all at Cruxton!”
