The rents have gone up currently due to the market conditions, but it’s totally worth the price as it has a lot to offer with various communal gardens, designated kids’ play area, co-working space and a lot more! The view from it’s roof top garden is so beautiful that you could spend the whole day out there! The team works very hard to serve their tenants and come up with get-together parties regularly. The locality is very well connected with the station, grocery stores, and the high street at a walkable distance from the building. With such a great connectivity and so much on offer, Fizzy Hayes is too good to be missed out. So if you are considering Hayes or nearby area for your move, Fizzy Hayes is the clear choice!”

We needed to hire a rolls royce at very short notice (24 hrs before the event) and was so thankful they could help us and make the day complete and run smoothly. “I've tried many gyms locally to Hayes and I'd say this one is the best in terms of value and facilities. The gym is well equipped with a range of machines (some old and new) over two floors - bigger than the Energie one in Hayes. The swimming pool is a great bonus and is perfect for those hot days. Plus an on-site cafe and library. Very good value compared with other gyms locally. My go to!”
