“A nice local theatre. Saw The Merchant of Venice 1936 bringing Shakespeare's play to the troubled streets of the east end facing off Oswald Moseley. An excellent cast including Tracey Ann Oberman.”

“I have dined here on several occasions with my family and friends. On each visit the same staff member served us. He built a friendly rappore and delivered excellent customer service! On one occasion I was served the incorrect food and he immediately corrected this showing great empathy. He compensated us with complimentary meals on the house. The food was great. “Had my 60th Birthday here with family and friends. The Bar is lovely and Martin and Helen are great hosts and worked with me to have a great evening. The music is soul, jazz funk and classic club anthems. Food supplied for the party was delicious, hot and plentiful. Highly recommend anyone to hire this place for any get together or just pop in and enjoy the evening. I will definitely be doing both.”

The coach the facilities and effort put into 2hours was commendable, especially for the price they go the extra mile. the experience from start to finish was excellent. “We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

“Open long hours, good stock and normally a fair choice of fresh produce. Staff are friendly and helpful. Self service tills are generally ok but are card only. A good local shop worth all our patronage, become a member and collect the reward points too.”

“We used Suit Direct in Watford to source suits for our wedding. The salesmen were incredibly helpful and tried every route to get all the right sizes for a number of suits. They were also very knowledgeable and able to provide some great recommendations for tailoring, accessories, and ideas. There was a delay with the suit bags but they contacted us as soon as they were available.”

“I attended the Les Mills Launch last weekend. The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. The club has undergone a refurbishment recently and new equipment is being added. Great gym, terrific instructors and really helpful gym and reception staff”

“The Paint Mixing of Velspar paints is in the front of this very large store. Hesina was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful in finding us the colour closest to the colour we were looking for and mixing it for us. A very good service.”

“We visited here today for their bottomless brunch. I can honestly say that this is great value for money especially if you add the cocktail upgrade. Our waiter for our visit was CJ and considering it was only his second day he did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're passing and fancy some great food and even better cocktails it's well worth a visit.”

“What an incredible, incredible 5th birthday treat for my daughter's 5th birthday... a Zoom call with Elsa with a lovely little chat, 3 fabulous songs and a little dance routine. My super shy little girl thoroughly enjoyed it and an extra special plug required for her unbelievable singing voice. Think I feel just as in awe as my 5 year old! Can't recommend enough. x”
