She has a very cosy treatment room, with ambient lighting & background music. She had already ascertained what colour I needed for my tint.. We decided on brown. Within no time my eyebrows had been transformed. I was very happy with my new eyebrows & very pleased to have met Nicole”

She was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained the treatment to me which put me at ease.
