I found Capitax to be an excellent good value accountancy company with a proessional friendly team who are very knowledgable and efficient. All my queries always get answered swiftly by the team via a call or email and whenever I needed to I was always able to contact Samir directly for advice, which wasn't the case with my previous accountancy firm! Anything that wasn't clear to me or I didn't understand either Samir or one of his team were happy to take time to explain and go through with me which I appreciated very much. When I was in the process of buying a new house and needed the process to be completed quickly but the process was delayed because the broker and the bank needed documents which I didn't have and information to be varified which I couldn't do so I contacted Samir for help and he worked with the bank and broker promptly to provide the information they required to move the process on which was above and beyond his statement of work for my limited company which I was very greatful. Capitax handle my book keeping, VAT return, run payroll, self assessment, produce year end account...basically everything to do with the day-to-day running of my limted company. All my business bank account transactions are synchronised to the FreeAgent software for me to categorised and approved before any VAT Return is submitted and payroll slips, self assessment forms and year end account documents are produced and uploaded by Capitax to an online portal for me to review and digitally sign for, I really like the way this work giving me complete control of my limited company the whole operation/process is very smooth and efficient. I have used Capitax Financial since early 2018 after an IT contractor colleague recommendation, the difference in service quality and level between my prevous accountancy firm, whom I was with for 7 years, and Capitax is massive even though the size of their team are the same. My one regret is that I should have made the switch much earlier because I would have saved money, be in control of running my limited company and received a better quality of service. “This place is fantastic. There is a review that says it’s terrible. Please ignore whatever that review says because that is not even about this place. They don’t even have blue plates! The photos aren’t taken at chilli lovers. They do beautiful food, I have never had bad food from here. If you like your Indian food to actually have some spice and kick this is your place. They’ve just receive 5 stars from food hygiene. Staff are friendly and always happy to recommend dishes suitable to every customer. If spice isn’t for you then let them know and they will accommodate you. My partners mum can’t handle spice but we told the staff this and they made sure her meal was fine for her to eat. If you are in the area, or can have this delivered I would thoroughly recommend. It’s now my go to curry house and I recommend to everyone!”

“Amazing place, wonderful staff, all were friendly and helpful! I'm not a steak person but for the first time I tasted a bit of my friends steak and it was actually really good - they referred to this as amazing and said it 'cuts like butter' the steak lovers loved it!! The ribs were absolutely delicious and fish and chips were also nice. All other side bits such as the mac n cheese, garlic mushrooms, Chirozo and garlic bread were also all very tasty. Although we were stuffed we went for sticky toffee pudding(also a first for me) which was very tasty and considering I am generally a chocolate person this was a great alternative. Will definitely be returning to try their buttermilk chicken (which had run out) and the gigantic fudge cake! :0)”

“I used Norton Bridges last in 2011 when i finished my self employment and switching to the books full time. They where 100% with me then very friendly- professional & extremly quick at there job. All my issues then where sorted by them and a quick rebate due to me. All transactions where bank transferred as soon as they came of the phone to me. The whole process in 2011 took a few weeks. I started being self employed again last November and i contacted Norton a week ago for last years tax rebate. Again very fast in responding very helpfull staff and now i am waiting for my results witch should be not more than a week or two. I highly recommend them there fees have not change much in ten years. Update 29,05.2021. I sent of all my details to Norton took only a day or so to process and elavuate my Accounts. I received all the paperwork for me to read and sign on agreement. I sent this back and in a matter of a day of them receiving the paperwork got in contact with me to inform its all processed and the rebate should be withing 7 days. It took 5 days all transferred over to my account. Norton keep you informed all the way through and give excellent advice on any Tax issues - questions. I fully recommend this company to everyone needing a Accountant. I will be using Norton every year.”
