“Excellent escape room, it was my first ever experience of this kind and I was not disappointed, great attention to detail it was a lot of fun. On a side note the location is excellent, very easy to find and good parking facilities which were very close by. Also they had a bar which was good as I had a coffee as I arrived early.”

“Mr Marvel (Lee) is quite simply the best children's entertainer on the planet! He just 'gets' children and is an absolute professional at what he does. His shows are high energy, hysterically funny (both for adults and children!) and perfectly suited to the age group in question. He will always go the extra mile, eg sitting with the children whilst they are eating and remembering all their names. He is polite, kind and courteous. He absolutely mesmerised the room at both parties I have booked him for and the children had an amazing time! The best. Would never go anywhere else!”

“Really great place if you want to watch a variety of movies for a very reasonable price! The staff are really lovely and welcoming! The food is a little more on the expensive side but the ticket prices make up for it! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have a great day out and watch a movie with the family or a loved one”

“What an incredible, incredible 5th birthday treat for my daughter's 5th birthday... a Zoom call with Elsa with a lovely little chat, 3 fabulous songs and a little dance routine. My super shy little girl thoroughly enjoyed it and an extra special plug required for her unbelievable singing voice. Think I feel just as in awe as my 5 year old! Can't recommend enough. x”

“There aren't many places that do what this place does. It has a midweek 50% off happy hour on EVERYTHING. The cocktails aren't pre-made, the shots aren't watered down and the Peroni is 2.60 a pint. It's a brave offering and it needs to be supported or your post work drinks wiĺl be limited to walkabout or spoons”

“Very beautiful hotel! The staff are very very helpful and friendly. If we needed any assistance the receptionist and the other staff as well helped us out very happily. We had breakfast for 2 days and there is a variety of food, from a Croissant to cornflakes. Absolutely loved the place!”

“What an amazing place. It was rammed with skateboarders, bikers and folk on scooters. So many people that it felt totally safe. Some adults and older children doing impressive jumps etc and the only issues were the small car park and being nearly knocked over by someone on a scooter. But since she was only about 5 it wasn't too scary. Great to watch. Wish I could of had a go.”

“Excellent service from Brookdene, I first came across them when they had to put right the shoddy workmanship of another local garage which they did promptly and perfectly, they even liaised with the other garage to collect payment from them for the corrective work. Recently the clutch went on my car, they installed new clutch & MOT'd car at the same time as well as fixing some other minor issues, again all done extremely promptly and with goodwill and the price they kept to the absolute minimum. It's a relief to know a garage you can trust both in terms of quality of work and price and I have no hesitation in recommending wholeheartedly.”

“Great outdoor pools with changing facilities and toilets. Situated in a great location with a cafe, playground and noddy train nearby plus woodland and riverside walks, plenty of fields for running around in and a spacious car park free for the first 2 hours. A great day out for the family.”

“Oxhey Park is great there are various skate parks and tracks for kids to use their scooters and skateboards on. The climbing frames are big enough for adults so I was able to play with my child rather than spectate. There is a water refill station so you can take your own water bottle and refill while there. There is also an accessible climbing frame which is great for buggies and wheelchair users. There is a coffee shop right next to the play area and restrooms which were clean. If you cycle to the park there is plenty of bike lock up spaces.”

“This is a great place with a variety of scenarios. There is a lovely recreational ground, an open space grass and much more. You never get tired on a sunny day. It's a lovely place to go on a Sunday with the family.”
