“Not too bad, staff generally are friendly and approachable. Seating is fairly comfortable with a decent view of the screen. As with any cinema, the sweets and drinks are a little pricy, especially if it is a family visit, I would suggest bring your own, they don't seem to have an issue if you do.”

The steak was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful crust on the outside and juicy, tender meat on the inside. The flavours were exceptional, with hints of herbs and spices that complemented the meat perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff members eager to provide recommendations and ensure that all of our needs were met. “Ted has been going to plush pooches since her was about 9 months old and he is almost 4 now. We moved out of London and still drive the 1 hour for ted to be groomed because we have not found anywhere else that makes him smell so nice and to have such a clean and smooth cut. I love this place and will continue to take ted here for the rest of his life. The people are so lovely and patient and never turn me away even when I'm late sometimes. Ted loves it there and loves getting groomed by them. Thanks a million guys, you make me and my dog very happy.”

“My son had a wonderful time at his 7th birthday party here on Sunday 3rd September. It was extremely well organised and fun for the children. The team took care of almost everything which meant that I could really relax. My son absolutely loved the party. He wants me to mention here that he rates the party five stars because of the amazing activities. He chose a pirates theme and particularly enjoyed the tug of war.
