We agreed I was going to buy a new one and he was going to fit it when I got the new piece. The engineer was flexible with the hours (he came at 8pm the first time and left at 9:30pm), he was honest and most of all the price was fair. I would definitely reccomend him.”

He investigated the issue, gave me a breakdown of the costs for parts, labour and expedited delivery of parts. The problem was resolved within 48 hours of his first visit. I later contacted Moe to ask about the alignment of the levers on the valves. He offered to visit to resolve this immediately to meet my precise requirements.
