I've witnessed people complaining at having to wait a short time for prescriptions, which is unfair considering they've usually come directly from the Consultant. To their credit, the staff have always handled these situations calmly and patiently, and daily manage to dispense 100's of prescriptions within an hour! It just makes me sad how people can be so rude and unappreciative of a professional Team who constantly work so very hard to dispense so much medication each day!
