“I called Boiler & Heating Care as I wasn’t sure when my boiler was last serviced (no sticker) plus recently it was loosing pressure. I also called them about gas safety check as I had never seen the certificate for the flat I purchased. Luckily I did ask them to gas safety check as there was a leak from the main meter!! Marvin (the engineer) was really great. Once he spotted the leak he got straight to it to fix the problem. Then he went onto servicing the boiler. Top man! Roman attended and cleaned the area that was jammed and got this working again however the part was old and this then broke thereafter, we called and Roman came back with the replacement part and fixed this for us without any issues, I am extremely happy with Roman and the work completed. “3 years old boiler was off for 6 months and it would not turn on anymore. At the first visit the engineer after a few tests understood the pump was jammed. We agreed I was going to buy a new one and he was going to fit it when I got the new piece. A few days later the engineer was back at my place to fit it and the boiler has been working properly since. The engineer was flexible with the hours (he came at 8pm the first time and left at 9:30pm), he was honest and most of all the price was fair. I would definitely reccomend him.”
