“From the moment we walked into the Guildford showroom three weeks ago, to when we placed our order yesterday, we had the pleasure of being looked after by Alejandra Rangel. She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through. “Dawn at the Guildford showroom was great. She knew the products, answered all our questions, gave her informed opinion when asked and was not at all pushy to achieve a sale. Both visits (the second after looking at colours and sizes) were a delight and the showroom is very impressive. “Just went to get some acrylic nails removed and the staff were very welcoming and friendly as soon as I entered! Less crowded than the nail salons in town. Price was only £9 for removal and you even get offered a drink (I had a coffee which was very nice). I’ll definitely be coming here again for a new set of nails!”

“The best customer service I have ever experienced from Ben. I had bought several pairs of shoes from both the Guildford store and from Loake directly online. I rang ahead to ask about a polishing service which Ben was happy to confirm existed. Upon arriving despite Ben knowing that there wasn’t going to be sale as such he was only to happy to spend 25 mins discussing the best way to care for your shoes and take 4 pairs of shoe in to be polished professionally. To top it off as I live locally to him he delivered them to my home. The shoes are absolutely immaculate. This is the sort of customer service that is often talked about but in my experience seldom delivered with premium brands. Ben is an absolute credit to the company and if anyone at head office actually reads this I would strongly advise you to keep hold of this young man at all costs. EXCELLENT.”
