“Reliable, friendly and honest staff. Sorted out my DPF regen issue. Max was very helpful. Originally went to swap a part over, common faulty part for DPF regen. Didnt work. Max diagnosed the problem whilst swapping the part and told me exactly the issue was. Rebooked, did the force regen and all working. Max also gave me some tips and recommendations to keep it sound and sweet. Can't recommend these guys enough.”

“Finding a reputable and trustworthy garage is far more difficult than it should be. I've been guilty in the past of skimping on my repairs and going to the cheapest quote. My car has suffered as a result. Beam MOT are honest, reliable and transparent. Prices are known up front, work is carried out in an extremely timely and transparent manner. I called at 10:15 this morning for a repair, I was told to bring the car straight away, problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. I'm sitting here at 13:30 and the repair is already completed! The shop is located in an industry estate good parking bay. I was 2nd in the queue and there were 3 check out staff, and just waited 1min to be served. Gave my order code and walked out with my item. It was a very good experience no hustle what so ever.”

The lad serving me saw that I was struggling with the paint and puppy, so very kindly took the paint to the door to allow me to put straight into my car boot. Probably a very small thing, but he was the only person that day who bothered to help me. He's a local lad, tall, of African heritage - please pass on my thanks.”
