Ihsan Children's Centre and Nursery
● Closed“As a new mother Ihsan Childrens Centre has been an absolute gem. Prior to lockdown, I was invited for baby groups shortly after my son was born and was astonished at how lovely and welcoming the staff were. During lockdown, the caring staff frequently got in touch with me to check in on my wellbeing and sent me care packages for myself and my baby which were so well received. As a new mother in the middle of a pandemic, having that support and care was heart warming and I'm extremely grateful for that. I have been visiting Ihsan weekly since then for Stay and Play Sessions which my 11 month old really enjoys! The staff are welcoming, caring and supportive each week and always try their best to ensure we are happy and go out of their way to provide activities specifically for my sons interests which is touching! Thank you to all the wonderful Staff and Volunteers at Ihsan for making such an unusual time in the world feel safe and for being there for us!”

Effra Early Years Centre
● Open“My son attended Effra Early Years Centre for just over a term before we moved house and so had to change nurseries. He had a wonderful time there and we were very sad to leave. The staff are wonderful, particularly Rob and Barbara, and it's such a caring and nurturing environment. They also proactively applied for extra support to help him with some specific issues, kept us in the loop all the way and wrote a very helpful report for us to take to his new setting so that his progress wasn't disrupted. I can't recommend it enough.”

Little Apples Day Nursery
● Open20 Sanderstead Road, South Croydon CR2 0PA, United Kingdom“My son joined Little Apples at 14 months old and quickly settled in, largely down to the friendly and caring staff. Each morning we are greeted with a warm smile and each afternoon at pick up we are told what he did that day and what his response was to that activity. Throughout the day we can see what he is up to using the Blossoms app, where his general progress is recorded and well as developmental milestone tracking and praise. We genuinely feel relaxed when our son is at Little Apples and therefore made the easy decision to enrol our youngest child there too (he starts in a few months). We feel very lucky to have found such a great nursery for our boys; knowing we can go to work and have peace of mind that they are having fun, learning and kept safe.”

The Willow Children's Centre
● OpenBarnhill Road, Wembley HA9 9YP, United Kingdom“My child has been attending Willow Nursery for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Thanks to the dedicated Baby Room manager and the staff who all work tirelessly to take care of all the children, my son has developed so much. My child was referred to external NHS departments such as Speech and Language, the Childhood Development Centre and Audiology when it was felt that he may need more support and that was as a result of the close work the Baby Room manager and SENCO manager had done with him. The nursery has fantastic resources and equipment such as a sensory room, SEN trained staff, a large playground, toys and books. Honestly, I visited a number of nurseries in the local area and none of them compared. The nursery is diverse as both the children and staff are of different cultures and raves and this is regularly celebrated. Overall, I can say I am extremely happy with Willow Nursery they take very good care of the children, keep parents and families involved and informed in everything they do and there is a real community feel about it. Well done Willow Nursery!!!”

Rainbow House Childcare
● Open“Jo and the staff at Rainbow House looked after my daughter from the age of 7 months. I had complete peace of mind each day she spent there, partly because of the detailed feedback provided by Jo, and partly because of the smiles on my daughter’s face when I dropped her off and picked her up! Jo ensures that the children in her care have a range of activities to challenge and stimulate them throughout the day, and with the help of her lovely Mum, Esther, they are able to provide high-quality home cooked food. I would not hesitate to recommend Rainbow House.”

Little Dinosaurs
● OpenAlexandra Palace Way, London N22 7BA, United Kingdom“My partner and I brang our 17 month old son to the 11:30 session today and I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed our time.. We have been to some other soft plays but feel that they lack much for the younger children... Little Dinosaurs was more than exciting for our son... Usually he clings to us in other places but here he couldn't wait to get away and have fun... Laughing hysterically on the slide and the little spinning toy at the top. Staff were super friendly both the lady who signed us in and the lady who brang our food to the table. They have a very good selection of meals, sandwiches, snacks and drinks to choose from not to mention I noticed that they have a basket filled with Ella's kitchen food pouches for the younger babies which I thought was great! They do have a garden outside the front filled with toys which of course will be great for the warmer months... Let alone they are located in a park giving you the chance for a good walk around before or after your session. The price was more than reasonable for the entry. Thank you so much for a lovely morning and we will look forward to coming back next week!”
