I dropped in for a trial class as I was staying up in London for the week, and was warmly welcomed by the instructors and other students upon arrival. The coaches were extremely friendly and the class structure was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. To top this all off, the head coach was kind enough to roll with me during the sparring portion of the class, which was a thorough outclassing- but that is what we come for!
